Christmas vacay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was very clean and was the perfect location for our family. Enjoyed the pool while we were there. We would definitely go back.

Disney Vacation

Very roomy and nice place to stay. Was great for a group of 6 to 8 people. Great location to all the disney parks. Serval places to eat and hangout very close to the property. The only suggestion would be some type of shower caddies in the showers

Family Gathering

Our rental property was very clean and in a great location. It was nice that the property offered a shuttle to some of the Disney properties. We would stay at this property again.

Beautiful condo

Great place. Beautiful decorations! A little longer walk to the main pool fyi. Only inconveniences are there is a regular coffee pot not keurig, no extra blankets for couch area, and remotes were a pain to figure. We absolutely loved our stay though!

Margaritaville CottagesStay

This was a beautiful 4 bedroom townhome. Check- in was a breeze with super customer service and maintenance was there immediately when we had a little trouble with our keys. The home was pictured as in the VRBO ad. I would definitely stay here again. I think my only suggestion would be for them to have 2 sets of towels per person. However there was a washer so that’s how we resolved that. Overall this was a great place!

Great property and location

I wanted to give this property 5 stars but only gave 4 due to some easily fixed issue's. They do not provide near enough towels, only 3 trash bags for a group of 5 staying for 7 days and only two rolls of toilet paper. In spite of these small issues I would rent this property again.

Weekend Trip

In town for my wife and friends to run a half marathon. Property worked was very clean and well furnished. Beds were probably the most comfortable I’ve ever experienced in a VRBO setting. Only issue was they did provide emore than ample amount of wine glasses but no wine key/corkscrew. Luckily target is 2 minutes away so that was easily rectified.

Unfortunately horrible experience and customer service

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unfortunately, horrible. We first pulled up to the door open, which caused the security concern since I have children. It was also 86° in there for the next 24 hours because the door was open. Apparently they painted and didn’t tell us because the fumes were unbelievable so not only was it hot in there, but the fumes just made it unbearable so we had to immediately leave. I called to try to get another cottage, but I was told now. When we came back later in the evening, my older daughter got a migraine because of the fumes and I ended up vomiting. A few days later, there was a leak in the kitchen coming through the ceiling, causing a puddle on the counter and on the floor in which I slipped on the puddle. It also caused all the fruit and bread on the counter to have to be thrown away. We had ants everywhere. I had emailed quite a few times, but the only time that I got a response was when they sent a person to spray for the bugs. We had found a dead mouse, so we put it into the garbage bench. I had spent four hours in total trying to get a different cottage. I even lodged a complaint with the Margaritaville themselves and they opened up a claim. The customer service with V stays is horrible and nonexistent at one point they actually told me to just check out. If I check out, where am I going? Our flights got canceled so we attempted to extend our stay because we didn’t have any other choice and they told us due to all of the issues that they would not be extending our stay.

Margaritaville Cottages

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 2nd year staying here and it’s a wonderful place. The cottage is beautiful and the grounds are gorgeous. The shuttle drivers are wonderful and so accommodating. The sunset walk is amazing and so convenient. The only thing I wish they had were a better variety of bus times to the parks. Other then that it is 5 stars all the way!!!
