Everything was great! Our 2nd year staying here and we will definitely be back next summer. A hidden gem in a quiet neighborhood with a little oasis in the backyard!

Host is friendly and helpful. Love the house all its little details and surroundings. My Oura ring says it’s the best sleep I have had in weeks…. Probably because the bed is so comfy

Our stay was perfect! Our family of 10 came into town for a wedding. It fit us perfectly including eating and sleeping spaces. The pool and back yard was an added bonus suited with outdoor games and plenty of chairs. This house was very clean and was well equipped with everything you needed, including a stocked coffee bar(Kerig/coffee pot/french press), pool towels, bug spray and pool items. We would definitely stay again!

Beautiful property

The house is gorgeous and has everything you need! It’s located close to town and we hope to rent again in the summer to utilize the pool! We loved it so much!

Family weekend

Perfect location for exploring the Caverns (just a short walk from the house). The property is beautiful, clean and very welcoming. Kitchen is well stocked, pool was perfect! We loved it!

Spacious Marianna Home

Our family of 10 had a wonderful visit. The home was well equipped, beautifully decorated and very close to the Florida Caverns. The kids loved the bunkhouse and front/back yards. We would definitely stay there again. I highly recommend this home.

Home Away From Home

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The home was very spacious and the layout was more than enough room for us to lounge. Additionally, the home was well-equipped with any items that we needed during our stay. This was extremely helpful! The kids enjoyed the pool when the weather finally warmed up. Thank you for your attention to detail, and the care/effort that you have put in making this home welcoming and comfortable for your guest. This has by far been one of the best vacation homes we've been in!

Me and family had a great time in this house. We shared sweet moments together that will be forever remembered!The house was spotless and was fully equipped. The outside was amazing and the kids enjoyed the pool everyday we have stayed. We hope to be back next year!

Great house and Pool

This house was perfect for our long weekend. There was plenty of supplies to get us through the weekend (more than in many homes we’ve stayed at). Beds and pillows were pretty comfortable, plenty of dishes, towels etc. The pool was clean and so much fun for the kids- with a nice shaded porch with a fan. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks again!

Couldn't ask for anything more!

Stay was amazing! The host was communicative and helpful! House was gorgeous, we wanted to stay forever! So many small touches really make this house a home, you can feel how loved it is. The 3 families that stayed here all had enough space to be comfortable and not feel like they were on top of one another. A great visit

Spring break 2025

Amazing house. Located in a great area, with so many things to do! Especially the caves across the street. Everything you could need has been provided. Super clean, just an absolute awesome experience. Thank you again for the opportunity to stay here

Weekend stay!

There were 4 couples going to a 40th birthday party in cottondale I found this gem and we loved everything about it! Such a nice quiet place. They have thought of everything you could need! Ceiling fans kick and beds are all so comfortable!! I highly recommend this house we are going back to do some hiking and to see the cavern.

Perfect accommodation!!

Five of us found this home to be extremely satisfying! It was immaculately clean, spacious, beautiful, comfortable, and functional! It was equipped with everything we might need from sun screen to face wipes to coffee! The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms lovely. The pool and patio felt like a resort, and with excellent weather we enjoyed the inside and outside. One of the best features was our contact person, Mary Lykins, who could not have been more accommodating and helpful! We highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a place in Marianna,FL !

EXCEEDED OUR EXPECTATIONS.....!

We had a blessed time in this beautiful and comfortable home. We were a group of 6 adults and plenty of space for all of us. The house was immaculately clean and the beds were so comfortable with quality linens on all beds. The host, Mary, was very friendly and responsive to our questions. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to prepare our meals. We hope to stay again here in the near future.

Amazing "awaysis"

This was exactly what our cub scout friends group needed! Each of our families had thier own space but still plenty of space to be together when we wanted. The host was communicative and helpful! So many small touches really make this home wonderful! Pool toys, toiletries, spices, You couldn't ask for more!

Family Vacation/Wedding

This home was incredible. I brought my 79yr old mom with me and my husband and adult girls and my brother with his wife and son. There were enough rooms/beds for all of us. Enough TV’s everyone could watch what they wanted. The kitchen was large enough for several of us to cook meals and eat together. The pool was wonderful to relax in and sunbathe. Stores just a short drive for all supplies. I can’t say enough good things about this home. We had a wonderful stay. Great family memories were made.

Wedding and Family Vacation

I brought my 79 yr old mom, my husband, two adult daughters along with my brother, his wife and son and we were all very comfortable in this home. There were enough comfortable beds and TV’s that everyone was happy. The kitchen was well stocked with all needed utensils and cookware as well as coffee pot and keurig. The porch had enough seating for everyone and a ceiling fan to keep the air stirring. The grill was well used while we were there. The pool was the focal point for our free time and enjoyed by all. We felt very at home there to the point I didn’t want to come home.
