We will be back! Iā€™ve rented homes via VRBO numerous times, this house is hands down my favorite. Swimming in the pool next to the manatees was the highlight of my trip. The kitchen was very well stocked, we had everything we needed for preparing meals. The beds and linens were very comfortable. We canā€™t wait to return.

This place is everything you need for a relaxing time at the beach. Located minutes from the beach, clean and quiet in the evenings. The herd of manatees in the cove was a nice surprise.

The best stay weā€™ve ever had. The home was absolutely gorgeous, clean and stocked with everything we needed. It was comfortable and a great location. Perfect for families. Fantastic place!

I read the reviews before I stayed here and thought, how is it possible that every reviewer raves about this place? Well, it's because it's that amazing. It's a great location, a great house, it has everything you could ever want or need, and it is super clean! If we stay in Cocoa Beach again, we will be back. This house was hands down the best rental we have ever rented anywhere.

We love the house inside and out! The canal wildlife watching was amazing. The coffee maker didnā€™t work and we got a new one delivered the first day. The only negative for us was crossing the 5-lane hwy to get to the beach. We thought the house was behind the other Publix where we have stayed previously.

The house is absolutely awesome. It had everything we needed and more. It was clean, comfortable and conveniently located. Our family enjoyed the beautiful outdoor area and watching the Manatees swim in the river. We canā€™t wait to come back again. The house location was great. 5 minute walk to a grocery store and 10 to the beach. The view of the canal was great and we did see a Manatee in the corner of the canal.

Great place to stay.

We had a wonderful time at this home! It was very close to the beach and had many accomodations. The only thing we did not like is that the hot tub is set at 90 when human body temp is 98 so the hot tub just felt cool/lukewarm the whole time we were there. Other than that it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend the home to anyone going to coco beach.

Hello Kaleb. Thanks for your review. I would like to respond about your comment about the temperature of the swim spa. The swim spa is not a traditional hot tub it is a swim spa which many families love. It is not designed to be kept at that high of a temperature. You would not be able to stay in it very long or swim against the current and exercise if it were at a high temperature as traditional hot tubs are kept at. It is more like a heated pool. We do keep it a higher temp in the winter Florida months than most pools. It is designed with bench seating and jets on the one end so people can relax and enjoy conversation but can also swim and get exercise on the other end. Thanks again for staying with us.

The house was beautiful it had everything we needed.

The hosts were very thoughtful when it comes to having everything you need to enjoy a beach vacation. The house was clean and beautiful. The pool spa was very nice and well maintained. The dolphins we seen from the backyard wet an added bonus. Fishing was good off the dock! Now we wish we would have stayed longer and we will definitely book this place again.

Great place to stay!

This was a beautiful home with a great location. Charlie made it super easy to check in and was a great communicator. The home was not only beautiful, but comfortable too. It had all of the right amenities. We even had dolphins and manatees visit in the channel. The house is only a few blocks from the beach. It also is close to a large grocery store. We truly enjoyed our stay. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

Beautiful Manatee heaven

Ok- I cannot say enough!!!!!Amazing, clean, well kept and supplied house with Amazing patio/outside space. Just beautiful and the manatee were there to put on a show. Coffee on the water with the nature. Kayaking on the bay!! And I cannot forget how responsive and helpful the property manager was. Downsideā€¦..NADA! Just a 2 block walk to the beach, 3 block to pier. Close to good restaurants (Mexican, Sushi, etc). The drive to/from airport is Easy Peasy!

Super nice property

We enjoyed our stay. Property was super clean and well maintained and plenty of room for our family of 5. I did think we would be able to walk to the beach but it wasnā€™t as convenient as I was thinkingā€¦.you have to cross the busy, main highway and that just didnā€™t work out for us with my 2 year old grandson. We just drove and parked at the Pier the days we went to the beach, which was a super close, easy access by car.

Perfect vacation

This home is PERFECT! We enjoyed the back patio & pool so much that we didnā€™t even go to the beach a couple days. The landscaping is beautiful! We loved watching the manatee's playing in the river. Even caught a couple rocket launches from the front yard. The house is very nice and comfortable. We cannot rave enough about it. It was just the two of us this trip but weā€™ll definitely be back and bring our kids and grandkids.

Perfect honeymoon getaway!

My husband and I recently spent 5 nights at this property for our honeymoon and it was absolutely perfect for us! We brought our 22 ft. boat and had no problem docking at the property, tying it off to the floating dock. We love to cook and stayed in for dinner every night. The kitchen was fully equipped with anything we needed. Publix is right around the corner which makes shopping easy! It was so nice to be able to watch the manatees in the canal each day. Our communication with the property manager was great and they were very accommodating with any questions we may have had. The location of this house was perfect for us and I would HIGHLY recommend booking the property for anyone looking in the area! We will definitely book it again if we find ourselves back in the area!
