Gateway Villas #299- Beachfront condo

Our lovely two bedroom, two bathroom corner unit located in the much desired Gateway Villas complex on the North-end of Fort Myers Beach. This gated community has a heated pool with lounge chairs on the pool deck, ground level laundry facility, open parking and sits right on the sand. Gateway Villas is about 1/4 mile away from the popular Time Square area and Bowditch Park. No need to rent a car, you can walk to many venues and amenities Fort Myers Beach has to offer or take a short trolley ride up and down the island.

Our corner unit condo is comfortable for two couples vacationing or a large family. As you enter the unit you are welcomed by a foyer area leading to the great room (where you can view the beach/Gulf of Mexico instantly from the lanai) or master bedroom. Our family room area has two comfy sofas and flat screen TV. There is also a dining area for seating up to 6. The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials of home. The master bedroom as two full size beds, new flat screen TV, outdoor screened in lanai and private bathroom. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed and flat screen TV. The hallway bathroom has a tub/shower setup. This unit has 2 separate screened in lanais, one from master bedroom and one from living room. Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach. Other amenities our unit provides is Free wifi, cable TV, DVD player, washer/dryer, linens and towels, tile flooring throughout, and beach chairs. The best amenity our unit offers is the beautiful beach/Gulf of Mexico views from inside the unit and from your private outdoor lanai with seating. Enjoy viewing wild life out on the sand and in the water. What more can you ask for on a beach vacation?

This unit has a keyless entry so a code will be emailed to you a few days before arrival. However, this unit requires a gate pass that you will need to pick up from our office at 2085 Estero Blvd., Fort Myers Beach first before going to the unit.
