Comfortable place to stay and very clean. Bed was good, AC kept the place cool, shower had great pressure and temperature, frig kept items cold and freezer worked good too.

The Little Red Barn! Perfect!

I stayed at the Little Red Barn while coming to work in the area. So clean! So peaceful. Great value for the price!

Firefly light show

This was such a cute place to stay! The deck out back was my favorite. There are tons of firefly’s out in the evenings which made for a beautiful show. Stayed here with my mom for a trip to eureka springs. We would definitely come back. I’ve already recommended all my teacher friends for a quick get away.

Small but so cute

It was smaller than expected but not in a bad way. It fit our needs perfectly. Owners were amazing and thoughtful, they hung a birthday banner up for us (we were in town celebrating a 40th) and even gave her a sweet smelling gift!! The place was clean and well stocked and had Red barn charm!!

when people were using the carwash it sometimes got noisy. otherwise it was quiet and in a great location to walk downtown. I would stay there again if ever in the area. I would have never expected a vrbo behind a carwash. Not to bad.

Cozy getaway

This listing was just what we were looking for - small enough for a cozy feel taking my wife on a weekend birthday trip, but well-equipped enough to meet all our needs; I'm especially thinking of the full-sized kitchen - a must for us! Even though it's on the main street in town, it was quiet the entire time, we never felt disturbed; actually it was pretty convenient being so close to the grocery store and church. Being able to easily drive into Eureka during the day without having to actually sleep there in the midst of all the busyness/tourist centers was a big plus. Beautifully appointed unit, great back deck to have dinner on in the evening, kind and responsive hosts. We enjoyed our stay very much, and would gladly book again. Thanks!

Nice place but not a great location

I liked the small studio house. It is the perfect size for one person. It is nicely decorated but the house is located right next to a car wash and storage unit rental. You can hear cars being washed and vacuumed and sometimes people are doing this late at night & early in the morning. Some high school kids were congregating behind the car wash after dark one night and it made me feel uneasy being alone there. It would be a perfect place to stay if it was located in a nice quiet neighborhood. Crystal was very good at contacting me and making sure I was ok and asked if I needed anything. I spent most of my time visiting family and usually returned in the evenings to sleep.

Charming place in a business location

This is a perfect studio house for one person to stay. The price was right and the place was very charming and decorated nicely. It has a big kitchen & dining/living/bedroom and one bathroom. My main complaint is it’s location. It sits right behind a car wash and right in front of a storage rental area. Too much noise & cars and foot traffic around the property for me. A little to popular of a place for me. The range in the kitchen needs to be upgraded. Crystal was a great host and check in was easy. I communicated with her by text. She checked on me half way through the week to see if I needed anything. This place would be great if it was located in a residential neighborhood.

However, we also encourage guests to conduct their own research to ensure that the area aligns with their specific needs and preferences. If you look up the address on a map, it becomes quite evident where it is situated. It is a small property conveniently located on Highway 62, making it easily accessible. -As for the stove, we acknowledge that it may appear older but rest assured, it functions correctly. Whether you're using the burners or the oven, it operates without any issues. While we understand the desire for an updated appliance, at this time, we are not considering an immediate upgrade. However, we will certainly reassess the situation in the future. Thanks for your valuable feedback as we continue to improve for future guests!"
