exactly as pictured. communication was great. my favorite feature was the walkability to many restaurants and bars nearby. the space itself was very nice. You can tell there are high quality touches to the furniture and design - it is not just a cheap flip. This made it very enjoyable for me since i was staying there for more than 2 months.

I worried about the neighborhood at first but turned out to be a quiet, convenient location that hubby and I felt safe enough to walk to the various restaurants at night. We tried a half dozen different restaurants during our stay and they were all good and only blocks from the rental. I would stay here again without hesitation.

Thank you to the property management company (specifically, Elisabeth, who was exceptional) *I do wish there was an option to accommodate 4 adults as there is another bedroom with sitting area that could be utilized.

I was most impressed with the service I received when questions came up, Elizabeth Wills, was great and very prompt on her answers. The condiments and spices and coffee provided were a nice touch. Plenty of things to do within walking distance, yet 15 minute drive to everything. Great place, has everything you need. Good managers to think of all the necessities.

This visit, we wanted to explore West Asheville and this unit was in a perfect location for it. Walking distance to the main drag and all the fun stuff. The unit is brand new and has very nice, high end appliances, very comfortable bed, nice linens and is very nicely decorated. Even if downtown is your focus, UBER was fat, easy and cheap. Best of all, this rental is very inexpensive. I would highly recommend it.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay in Asheville this time took us over to the West Asheville District where we got to enjoy the local foods and vibes. We liked the rental a lot. It was clean and beautiful. However, upon arrival, a few things were missing: patio grill, and sitting area, kitchen trash can and hair dryer. We ended up re-using the grocery bags to hold the trash which was fine but there was no trash unit outside the property to throw the trash in either. We enjoyed home cooking and grilling outside and missed out on the great weather. All in all, this was a great rental property. The owners just need to beef up on a few things we felt was important to our experience.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We chose Asheville to celebrate our 7 year wedding Anniversary, and it was absolutely perfect, even with 3 days of rain! This was our second time visiting Asheville, but our first time in West Asheville. We really enjoyed this location as it was perfect walking distance to everything we wanted to do in West Asheville. Our favorite spots- Barleycorn (amazing charcuterie board!), Biscuithead for breakfast, and catching a show at the Isis. Between this house and Asheville is the River Arts District with some really great artists in studio, some great eateries in between (check out White Duck Taco) and Wedge Brewery on the river. There's not many places in Asheville that will leave you disappointed- we checked out Limones, Curate, Wicked Weed Brewing, Over Easy Cafe, and (of course) Tupelo Honey. To get out of the city life we ventured down to the Biltmore, which is a must, and went on a fantastic hike on the Art Loeb Trail to Shining Rock Mtn. What a fantastic trip we had, and the accommodations couldn't have been better. Plush bedding, upscale appliances, great decor and that 'new house smell'. An awesome spot to check out overall, and we hope to be back very soon! (And Pete Key's management team is wonderful to work with!)

Property is very comfortable and in a great location. Our daughter used it as her home base while playing soccer in Asheville this summer. It was a perfect location for her. Very safe with restaurants/stores within walking distance.

Very enjoyable stay in West Asheville.

We stayed at the Clairā€™s property for a month and thoroughly enjoyed the accommodations and surroundings. Theyā€™ve done a great job designing and decorating their NEW place. Everything we needed for an extended stay was provided. The personal touches and communication added comfort for out-of-town visitors. We walked to some great nearby restaurants and breakfast spots. It was a quick and easy drive to get into downtown AVL or any surrounding points of interest. Finally, we were pleasantly surprised when the Clairā€™s happen to learn it was our anniversary and gave us a gift card to a neighborhood wine shop. Very thoughtful....we highly recommended their place to stay. (BTW, The nice outside deck is a good place to enjoy some winešŸ˜Š)

The location is excellent - a one block walk to a street with fun and funky restaurants, bars, and shops. It reminded of Magazine Street at home in New Orleans. It is also centrally located with quick easy access to downtown Asheville and to the interstates and Blueridge Parkway for trips to Biltmore and other sights. We had a wonderful stay.

Beautiful, small carriage house

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit was beautifully furnished but was small. The living area had no separate chair to sit in. My husband is over 6 feet tall and sitting on the couch for him was not comfortable. The kitchen was beautiful and had everything a good cook would want. The bedroom close to the bath was also small, but adequate. Surprisingly there was another bedroom down the hall where the laundry was that you could use that was larger, but it was not close to the bathroom! There is a very nice deck, but no furniture on it so unusable, and no view. While West Asheville may be up and coming, it is not there yet. There were restaurant in walking distance that were good, but all were more cafes, and bars. It was a young crowd, The neighborhood was a mixed working variety. My husband says it was a nice place if you like living in someone else's backyard.

The property was beautifully decorated and was the perfect size for us. I was able to work from the table in the living room. We could walk to restaurants, bars, etc. We were close to parks where we could ride out bikes. We highly recommend Biscuit Head, Sunny Point CafƩ and Nine Mile! We will definitely be back! Oh -the deck is wonderful! Be sure to bring folding chairs so you can sit up there and enjoy a glass of wine... or two!

If you are a couple visiting Asheville, you've found your place!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I booked our trip before to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. Then, I found out I needed surgery! I was almost tempted to cancel but my husband convinced me to go, saying a few days in different surroundings might help with healing! He was so right!! The place was PERFECT. We stayed five days and we felt like we were in heaven. It's goes down as one of the best decisions we've made in 30 years! We couldn't of been happier. Thank you owners for allowing us to share your special place. We are so grateful to you. We'll be back soon....

The property was spotless, spacious and finished to a very high standard. There was only two of us, however a second bathroom would be beneficial if more than two stay at the property. It was a perfect stay for us, thank you.
