What a lovely little spot. Loved my stay here, it was exactly as described, super cozy and super convenient for anything needednin Ludlow and around the city. Will definitely look to stay here again next time I'm in Cincy!

Awesome stay!

My husband and I came down to go to a bengals game and this property couldn’t have been better! It was only 5-10 min away from downtown cincinnati and so easy to access. The property was so cute and definitely perfect for two!

Cute loft apartment

When we entered, my wife said oh how cute. The kitchen was nice as was the apartment overall I have no complaints.

Wonderful, except….

This apartment is as cute in person as the pictures show. It also has many modern updated fixtures and amenities. I enjoyed living in a historical neighborhood. The description states that it is a second floor unit. However, what it leaves out is the 15 very steep stair steps up to the unit. I found it difficult to go up and down often. In spite of this, I really enjoyed my stay, and the owner was quick to answer. Any questions I had about how things worked.

I want to start off by saying that I had a good stay in Cincinnati and Ludlow, the area is amazing, but I can’t say the same about my experience with Neat Suit and this apartment. It was my second time there, my first visit I had issues with the dish washer not working and internet issues that were resolved fairly quickly. I noticed the bed wasn’t the greatest but nothing alarming. When it came time to book for my second stay I noticed people complaining about the bed in the reviews so I reached out to the Host and they told me that the issue was resolved and the bed fixed. On my first night there i went to check on the bed and the bed frame had wooden slab on the floor, the mattress would sink in the middle. In the morning i did the dishes and the sink was clogged so i asked for something to be done, they sent in a maintenance guy that only fixed the sink and i had to ask him to check the bed and he couldnt fix it. I had to go back and forth with the host for 3 days until they told me they couldnt do anything about the bed. It was so uncomfortable I ended up sleeping on the floor and the tiny little couch. Absolutely unacceptable and very hard to even know who you are speaking to when reaching the host as they have multiple people that can answer you but all appear as the Host in your chat logs. It was very hard to get an answer from them and any follow ups on the bed. Very unsatisfied

The host was responsive, the apartment was clean, the small alleyways to get to the apartment are well lit, and it was close to Cincinnati. I appreciated the reviews that mentioned that the staircase is into the apartment was steep, because it was!I disagree that it is a one bedroom apartment; it was more of a studio. The “bedroom” had three walls with one side completely open. The bedroom did not have a ceiling either (the apartment had a ceiling). This means that you can hear sounds very clearly from every room. Lastly, the bed was the worst bed I’ve ever slept on. It sagged in the middle, and if you tried sleeping on the sides, gravity pulled you into the middle. The home was fine for one night, but I wouldn’t stay there again.

Just an ok stay

It was hard to find being in an alley and had to ask local businesses owner were it was located. Stairs were steep going to the upstairs. Found that the cleaners left the windows open. Also the door was not locked when we got there. The air conditioning did not work and no instructions as to how to operate. The downstairs occupancy were very noisy untill a least 1 am. The Wi-Fi was extremely slow as well. The bed needs some work as well. The slats that hold th mattress up do not stay in place and the mattress falls through. The place was decorated well and clean and check out process was very easy, but did not like the 10 pm text about pertaining to it.

We loveddddd this place, the city of Ludlow is also so amazing and welcoming, it was cheap and perfect for 2! Book it !!
