This is a 2 story home, 4 bedroom (6 beds -1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Twin, 2 Twin) with 3 bathrooms. The home is not only perfectly situated in the back of a cul de sac, but it is also EVERYTHING you need for your getaway vacation in the mountains. Bring your family or your friends! Just 15 minutes from Ski Cooper and 30 minutes away from Copper Mountain. Don't forget to enjoy a nice warm soak in the non-chlorine hot tub after your adventures.

A hot tub is located in the backyard on the deck! Please note this is a 4-person hot tub.

Getting Around:
All of our guests bring their cars - cars are needed for most mountain adventures in Colorado. This home is centrally located to most of central Colorado's great outdoor activities.

Staying in the mountains offers a unique and nature-immersed experience, characterized by a rustic charm. You might occasionally encounter some of the local wildlife, insects, and small critters that are part of the natural surroundings. We recommend keeping doors securely closed whenever possible. Rest assured, we've implemented thorough measures to ensure your stay remains undisturbed by these natural inhabitants.

Altitude sickness is real. In Leadville/ Twin Lakes, the elevation can be up to 10,000 feet. Symptoms can include dizziness and nausea, so please be mindful of this. We cannot offer refunds for guests experiencing altitude sickness. If you anticipate being affected, we recommend obtaining insurance at the time of booking.
