This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom waterfront condo is part of the famous golf court community of the island of Isla del Sol. This Ground floor condo has waterfront view with a private beach and a specious lanai. This remodeled and new furnished condo has a well equipped kitchen. The master bedroom has one king size bed and the second bedroom has 2 twin size beds and a full size wall bed (murphy bed) offer additional place to sleep. The condo has two full bathrooms. The laundry room has a washer and dryer inside the condo. Cable TV and Internet are provided. This Condo offers everything necessary for a wonderful time. The golf court is right at the door step and beautiful beaches are just a bike ride away. The well maintained landscaping provides the feeling of a tropical paradise. The private pool overlooks the Inter coastal Waterway with the famous Fort de Soto Park as a background. It offers everything that makes Florida famous as a location for vacation.

Superb Condo

I booked this condo direct with the owner Patricia. She is very easy to deal with & made the booking fun . The complex is spotlessly clean. The condo has superb views & is lovely just to relax with a drink on the patio watching the boats pass by. Inside the condo Patricia has furnished it to a high standard with plenty of crockery, endless towels making it a real home from home feel. Ft Desoto & St Pete's beaches are only minutes away. Patricia also has supplied two bicycles for quests to use & the complex has wide cycle lanes. The whole area has a very safe feel to it & I'd highly recommend this condo.

Relaxing Vacation

Our home away vacation rental was perfect. It was exactly what we expected and what was described on the website. Condo was a perfect location for us. We enjoyed our water view every morning and sunsets at night. Pool was close by. Condo was clean and very welcoming. Would rent this property again. Only problem might be that they are building a new bridge across the water from the condo. It was a little noisy at times during the day, but did not bother us too much. The bridge is a drawbridge so it was fun to watch the bridge open and close to let the sailboats through. The location is excellent as it is near just about everything.

Great location

Loved the area the beds were comfortable but the other furniture was very uncomfortable sofa dining chairs and patio furniture. Need grab bars in shower and bath Mattā€™s. Kitchen was well stocked but the coffee pot was to small had to purchase a 12 cup pot for myself. The area has so much to do the pool and beach were excellent we had a good time could have been more comfortable

Wonderful condo

This place was beautiful and had everything you need to use in a household. Unfortunately we didn't get to use the beach due to the red tide but the view was still beautiful! We even got to watch dolphins swimming! Patricia is the sweetest! We left behind some clothing and she mailed it back to Indiana for us! She goes above and beyond! Highly recommend staying here!

Perfect place for vacation

The Condo is at a nice location. We particularly liked the view over the water. Dolphins can be spotted everyday. Designated parking place right at the front door is convenient as well. Nice pool within 50 yards. The condo had all amenities that we required. The bed in the master bedroom was a little soft to our opinion (personal of course). Passe-a-grille has the best beach we've experienced in the USA (a pity that the parking rates were raised considerably since last time we've visited). The fishing pier at fort de Soto is a favorite for our kids to stroll, watch people fishing and spot dolphins and manatees.

Beautiful location

This was a fun place to stay. We had two little ones who loved digging in the sand and swimming in the pool. It was a great place to walk and close to shopping and beaches.

Overall nice property

My family really enjoyed this property and the location. LOVED the little, private beachfront access. The only negative was the dryer wasn't working. It did get replaced on day 5 or so of our stay. I was on the phone multiple times with the gentleman that helps maintain the property. I've used VRBO for several vacations and this experience was interesting.

Can't say enough wonderful things about this place.

This is pretty much the ideal location for a family with a young child. Parking is so simple and close. Check-in is simple. The pictures are very accurate. Really. You just want to stay here.

Relaxing Vacation

This is the second time we are renting this beautiful oceanfront condo. Last year my husband, 2 yr old son and sister in law stayed in May and we had an amazing stay. This year, my husband, 2yr old son and 5 month old daughter are staying. It's perfect location. Close to beach, shops and restaurants. The beach is private, the house has everything you need for family day at the beach. The pool is just steps away from the condo. The owner, Patricia, is so nice and a pleasure to work with. We love it here. We plan to rent every year. Clean, spacious and has everything you need for a family vacation! Recommending to friends and family! Thank you!

Had a wonderful time :)

My husband and three children look forward every year to a relaxing and fun week at the beach, as kids get ready to back to school. Isla del Sol offered a quiet and relaxing option to all the touristy sites, and yet there is so much to do! The apartment was clean and well equipped, with a great view, just as shown on the photos. We loved the fact that we had a great ocean view, and could open our doors and walk to our own private beach and pool. Place seems far removed from the noise, and yet it's so close to everything. We visited the Clearwater Marine Aquarium, home of Winter the dolphin. We also spent a day at Adventure Island (water park) next to Bush Gardens, lots of fun! Finally, we visited down town St Petersburg, so much to see: art galleries, cafes, ice cream parlors... The only drawback is, if you are a light sleeper, the noise from the bridge could be a bit of a challenge, but by the second night, it was not a problem. We wished we had more time to other things on our list, which is why we are planning to come back next year! We can only hope :)

Paradise on Isla Del Sol!

My husband and I loved our 2 months in Patriciaā€™s condo!! The view was a top priority and it delivered every day!! We looked out over grass and flowers, a strip of beach, and into the inlet from the Gulf to Boca Ciega Bay. Sea birds kept us entertained as we watched them diving for their meal or just drying themselves on the beach. Dolphins came by regularly, making us feel happy to see them every time! Boat lovers will enjoy seeing every type of craft including beautiful sailboats and the ā€œDolphin Runnerā€ pass under the bridge and through our inlet. The west view allowed wonderful sunbathing on the patio and a view of some incredible sunsets! I see this condo as perfect for anyone, including families with young children, as children may prefer the peaceful small beach within steps and view of the condo. If not, the Gulf is close by. Isla Del Sol is a perfect location! Itā€™s lush, tropical landscape is beautiful, with a small lake, fountains, flowering bushes, etc. and everything well-manicured. It motivates one to walk the island and enjoy the beauty, assisted by walk/bike lanes. It is very peaceful here, we always feel safe, and the people are very friendly. The pool temperature was perfectly comfortable in the winter months, and the whirlpool/hot tub very therapeutic. There is an extra sunbathing deck giving great views of the inlet. The photos on Patriciaā€™s web site correctly display the condo, so what you see is what you get. The King size bed gave good support for sleeping, and the Brighthouse Premier cable allowed a good selection of sports & TV programming. The new large capacity wash machine and a very efficient dryer were great for bedding and beach towels. Patriciaā€™s parking spot right outside the door added to a perfect location. Patricia was so easy to work with throughout our booking and stay! She seems like a very nice person who is genuinely concerned about her renters. We highly recommend Patriciaā€™s condo!!! In fact, we have already booked again for next year. Thank you, Patricia, for sharing your condo with us! Retired couple from Iowa

One month in paradise!

Wow!What a great vacation! The place was clean and very well stocked with all we needed and more.Beautiful view of the water with the occasional dolphin and other sealife, sailboats, and AMAZING sunsets. The king bed was comfortable and everything was in order.The condo really made us feel at home. Patricia was efficient, warm and accommodating and answered all our questions. Wonderful Condo, great view, relaxing getaway!

We loved this condo and the property. The condo was clean and well stocked. The first floor access, beach out the back door and short walk to the pool were all great perks! It was also close to the bridge over to St. Pete Beach and with two bikes in the condo we could ride over easily. Patricia, the condo owner, was wonderful to work with and was very flexible with us since we only booked the condo 5 days out from our stay! We enjoyed our stay here and plan on staying again!

Great condo with great view!

We spent this past February in this condo. The unit was immaculate and in a quiet building. There were no surprises - the unit is exactly as the photos, and even better, and the king size bed was very comfortable. The condo is right on the water. You can sit out on the lanai and enjoy the view of Boca Ciega Bay. We were able to see dolphins nearly everyday and many different kinds of sea bird. My husband enjoyed fishing just a few feet from the condo. We enjoyed the wonderful pool and hot tub. Patricia had provided everything you need for your stay. We had one minor problem and Patricia took care of it immediately. She was so accommodating. The condo is close to the main highways so it is easy to get to shops and the beach. I would recommend this vacation rental to my friends. Thank you Patricia for a wonderful stay.

Lovely condo and area

This was a lovely condo. It is in the perfect location with Boca Ciega Bay right in front of you. There is a beach and pool close by. We enjoyed a month here and would love to return. The birds, the dolphins and the boats and especially the sunsets were wonderful. The bridge work is a little much at times, but it is also fascinating to watch the progress. It will be beautiful when it is done.
