The ocean front bungalow is absolutely stunning. Bright and airy with beautiful views. We watched seals basking in the sun and then diving into the water. Spectacular sunsets. The hosts were very gracious and promptly answered all questions. From a beautiful welcome basket and all the amenities from home. We had a wonderful experience.

This property was spacious, immaculate, and incredibly well stocked with supplies. There was even a gift basket with treats for us upon arrival! The host was very fast to respond when we couldn't locate the iron (we were in the area for a wedding), which was much appreciated. The property has a modern nautical theme and has been decorated with much attention to detail, which I loved. Purposeful and uncluttered. There are a lot of evening mosquitos, but there was even a supply of mosquito repellent, which was great. We enjoyed our stay!

Amazing place, best equipped rental we have ever stayed in...they had everything we needed and then some! Also the layout was great, lots of outdoor space and the master bedroom was at one end and the other two bedrooms at the opposite end. The stars and sunsets were amazing. Would definitely come back!

The property was fabulous. Quiet, but there are neighbours so you don’t feel isolated. The home was spotless and had everything we needed (and more!) the hosts were easy to communicate with and answered us promptly. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This beautifully decorated home is both roomy and cozy. The layout of rooms worked perfectly for our group of four, with the second bathroom making it easy for all of us to share our space. The well-appointed kitchen, dining area, and living area - an open concept living space - is flooded with natural light with an abundance of windows, so even on rainy days the view was fabulous. A variety of aerial and water life helped to keep us entertained as the tide moved in and out on the tidal basin just out the door. Although the well water isn't suitable for drinking, we were provided with an abundance of bottled water, as well as nearly anything you could think of in terms of kitchen ware. We'll definitely consider returning. Thank you so much to our hostess and host for sharing their little slice of paradise.

This bungalow will be one of our all-time favorites! It is a lovely, welcoming space and was exceptionally clean and well-designed. We especially enjoyed watching the seals feeding in the mornings and evenings. Thank you for the treats and for stocking everything we could ever need to make our stay so enjoyable!

Weekend wedding

We were three couples travelling for a wedding in Pugwash. The house was less than 10 minutes from Pugwash. Beautiful location and the house has a great set up with everything you will need.

Northumberland GEM

The home was perfect for two couples. The property was well appointed with all the amenities you could want. the owners checked on us many times to ensure we needed nothing. The area is full of so many hidden gems to visit, eat and see.

Great vacation home

This property met all our needs and more. It was very clean and the furniture was comfortable. We liked all the patio doors that let in natural light. The view is beautiful on the back deck. The hosts were accessible. Very relaxing.

Absolutely beautiful! We loved the nautical theme and the amount of light coming with so many large patio doors. Peaceful surroundings and felt like home with all that was provided. The owners thought of every detail. We were impressed with lovely welcome basket and personal note inside.The beds were very comfortable for sleepong and we have nothing but good things to say about our stay. Thank you! Relaxing getaway

We were blown away by the hospitality that was provided by Cindy and Troy! They really thought of everything to make sure we were comfortable and made to feel welcome. The house itself is immaculate, it’s fully equipped with everything you need and has lots of space for five people. We enjoyed the kayaks in the day and the board games and the propane fire table in the evening. I’d absolutely recommend Cindy and Troy’s ocean oasis to anyone looking for a relaxing place to getaway.

North Shore Golf

Home is beautiful and well appointed. Though the water quality was explained to us prior to our stay, it was a bit disconcerting. The only other minor suggestion is that the barbecue needs better cleaning as there was a lot of grease buildup that burnt off.

This cottage is just about perfect! We are two couples who travel together frequently and this property is the best equipped cottage we've stayed in to date. It is virtually brand new, has everything we could need in the kitchen and more, lots of seating for meals, lots of seating for lounging in front of the tv and for lounging outside on the beautiful deck. The owner also provided folding chairs and towels to take to the beach and kayaks. The property is spotlessly clean and a wonderful welcome basket of goodies was left for us to enjoy. There was a problem with the well water but the owners left lots of bottled water for drinking, so we weren't bothered by this at all. We would rate this property a definite 5 out of 5 stars.

Relax and Unwind or Stay and Play!

We used this property as our home base traveling in four different directions. While our days were full away, our evenings were spent on the covered deck reading and in the back yard being sporty (football/volleyball/soccer...balls we had brought with us). There are seals that haul out at high tide a couple lots to the left and in the water, so keep your eyes peeled. Stars are awesome at night as this is a pretty dark area. The property has lots of windows and natural light. All spaces inside are nice and well taken care of.

All went very well for all 5 days we were there. The home was extremely well equipped and then some. And the hosts were very fast in communicating with us. Decor was lovely, beds comfy. There was a water issue, but plenty of drinking and cooking water was supplied.

Corinne and Ian were lovely guests. Place was left tidy, dishes washed, garbage taken out, recycling separated correctly. They left us a note which was touching.
