This separate and private cottage is surrounded by a picturesque garden filled with a large variety of birds, especially the many finches and colourful parrots of the region. 



An ideal place to relax and wind down amid peace and serenity or great to use as a base to explore the region.

Nestled in the foothills of Beechworth and Wooragee Valley, close to Woolshed Falls and Beechworth Historic Park offering mountain bike tracks, historic walking trails, swimming holes and scenic picnic areas. Mt Pilot National Park and Reedy Creek are also nearby for fishing, gold panning, hiking and bird watching.



Fully self-contained and spacious the Cottage has 2 x Bedrooms comprising a Queen and 2 x Single Beds. Also available is a Double fold-out Sofa Bed in the living area. The Cottage also features a full-sized working kitchen with dishwasher and dining area, separate lounge room, furnishings, large walk-in shower, powder room, separate toilet, air/con, gas log fire heater, electric blankets, 50" Smart TV with Netflix, DVD player, Bluetooth music system, Free WiFi, laundry and ironing facilities.
