All the boxes are ticked, and everything you need is right here: space to relax, cosy beds, an idyllic sun-drenched deck and a huge yard and outdoor shower - it's not a beach holiday without one of these, right? Plus, it's within walking distance of Torquay's best breweries, cafes and shops.
The space
So drive down, and pull up in the driveway to kick off the holiday of your dreams with friends or family because this beach townhome sleeps up to 8 of your favourite people. Spread out across four bedrooms, you'll find a queen bed in the master room, complete with an ensuite. Then from here, there's another queen bed and two bunk beds, one with a double-sized bottom bunk.
If you've got little ones in toe, the bath's been built with you in mind, featuring a low sunk bath and plenty of space.
Now upstairs is arguably where you'll be spending all of your time. The inside space flows effortlessly outside onto a west-facing deck, perfectly positioned to catch all of the lovely warming afternoon sun. Out here, you're completely set up for entertaining, with a large barbecue and outdoor setting complimenting the deck. Festoon lights frame the space, twinkling on as soon as the last rays of sun drop behind the horizon.
The large open-plan living, kitchen and dining space is light-filled thanks to the seven windows that line its walls. You'll find everything you need in the kitchen, from a coffee machine to french style fridge and a large oven.
Then there's the tv nook; cute and relaxing, this space is ideal for a movie night or an afternoon spent reading. Separated from the main kitchen and dining space, this area feels cosy and private.
Finally, the yard. Amply sized and secure, this space offers many surprises, from festoon strung lights to unique brickwork, outdoor seating, and an outdoor shower!
