Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We’re very sorry your stay was impacted by unclean dishes and roaches, and that your request for reimbursement went unanswered. We take pest control and cleanliness seriously. We’ve shared your report with housekeeping, pest control, and our management and reservations teams so they can investigate the turnover. The team advised that pest control was sent to the house and performed a full inspection and professional treatment during your stay and have taken pictures. This is the beach and when spring comes so does nature. We will also review the handling of your reimbursement request to ensure timely, appropriate follow-up.
