Since then, the owner has taken all feedback, and suggestions seriously, and worked to improve the property for future guests. We take great care to ensure each home is thoroughly cleaned and inspected before every arrival. The people this guest is referring to was our inspection staff doing a final walk through. While our mountain cabins offer the charm of a natural setting, this can occasionally invite visits from outdoor wildlife despite regular pest-control measures. During this stay, our team was not made aware of any concerns until after checkout. Following departure, the home was inspected and found to be in great condition and ready for new guests to enjoy its ideal location, cozy comfort, and all its amenities. Our team is available 24/7 to assist with any concerns during a stay, ensuring every visit is as comfortable and relaxing as possible.

We take any and all feedback from our guests very seriously. However, we feel it is necessary to provide clarification regarding this guest’s review. When this guest stayed at the cabin it had only been listed as a vacation rental three weeks prior. Before that the unit was used as a long-term rental and changes were still taking place on the property and within the cabin. When the long-term tenants moved out the owner completely renovated and remodeled the cabin. Ultimately, transforming it into the beautiful cabin that other guests rave about today! That said, the guest was correct that there was siding missing from the side of the house. The new windows had just been installed and the contractor was scheduled to return the week after the guest departed to finish installing the siding, which has been completed. Additionally, there was heavy equipment in the yard. This is a working ranch and having equipment in the proximity of the house is not uncommon. They can be seen in the photos on the listing, but have been moved farther away from the home to provide a more comfortable stay for guests. We have professionally trained staff who are ready to assist a guest before, during, and after their stay 7 days a week, in addition to a 24/7 emergency contact phone number. After reviewing all communication our staff had with this guest the guest only reached out to us on the day of their arrival to request an early check-in. We never received another VRBO message, phone call, or email from this guest. If the guest was experiencing these issues, we are unsure why they never contacted us for assistance. The house is professionally cleaned after every stay. The housekeeping staff provides freshly laundered linens for every reservation. If there were stains on the linens and pillows the housekeeping staff would have been more than happy to address the issue and provide fresh linens, but we were never informed there was an issue. The guest also brought two dogs of his own. We do ask future guests to read other reviews associated with this property to get a better understanding of just how great this place is and the great guest experiences others have had!
