Lovely spot for first trip to Montreal

I only spent a day here, but it was a great location. Host was very accommodating and even let us know when we could check in early.

Great location great host in Montreal.

We stayed there for 3 days and had a great time. The location was perfect, the host Nora was very accommodating, and the apartment was as expected. I would highly recommend this place for your vacation.

The host sent us a warm message and a welcome booklet a few days before our stay, and mentioned they would follow up an hour before check-in with entry codes. However, they completely stopped responding on the day of our arrival. This left us stranded and significantly disrupted our trip, forcing us to spend hours dealing with customer support after we had already arrived.

On the day of your check-in, I was unexpectedly at the hospital emergency room with my infant son and became unreachable for a period of time. While this was entirely unforeseen and beyond my control, I fully recognize the inconvenience and stress it caused upon your arrival, and I am truly sorry. This situation was highly unusual and does not reflect the level of service I strive to provide. Our property has maintained a 9.4/10 rating across 35 reviews, and guest communication is normally one of our top priorities. Since then, we have implemented additional safeguards, including an emergency contact number, automated arrival communications, and backup support procedures to help ensure this situation does not happen again. Loved my stay

Stayed 2 nights! The host is quick with messages and very precise with the information supplied with this rental. This is a lovely apartment with all the amenities and walking distance. The building has a good vibe. Weather was nice while there, could sit on the balcony.

The hosts were fantastic and gave us some great advice for touring the neighborhood. Great location.

This was great little property. Nora is an amazing host and the location was perfect. Everything was in walking distance in a vibrant part of the city, yet the apartment was quiet at night. I would definitely recommend this apartment to any couple who want to visit this amazing city.

Parking is not actually included with the booking of this rental, even though it was advertised as such. The parking instructions we received from the host was either to park on the street, or in the UQAM parking which was very close, but both had an additional cost not included in the booking. This was disappointing and misleading. The rental itself was fine - it was a Murphy bed and a foldable couch that unfolds into a mattress. We found it quite strange that they wouldn’t have at least one real bed, and both beds were not particularly comfortable. Strange things were missing from the space, like a paper towel holder and a toilet paper holder in the bathroom. The hand soap in the bathroom was empty, and in the shower the body wash dispenser was also empty. The hair conditioner dispenser was clogged, however the shampoo dispenser did work. I found the shower floor to be incredibly slippery so be careful. We were a total of 3 people and the fold out couch was not made, nor was it obvious that it folded out into a bed, this was also strange. Overall it was clean and it worked for what we needed, however if I had stayed for more than one night I would’ve been much more disappointed. It’s clear the property isn’t actually maintained for quality, just that someone comes in to clean everything. For the price, I wouldn’t book again.

Thank you for your feedback. We only wish you had contacted us during your stay, as we did not receive any message regarding these concerns and would have been happy to assist right away. The parking options and associated fees are indicated in the listing, as are the sleeping arrangements, including the Murphy bed and sofa bed, which are accurately shown in the photos. The absence of paper towel or toilet paper holders reflects the setup of the apartment rather than missing items. We will, however, review the soap dispensers and maintenance points you mentioned. Clean tidy property in a great location

Nora was a fantastic host who was incredibly accommodating and very responsive. The property was in an excellent central location, close to lots of cafes, bars and restaurants and within walking distance for shopping and exploring many of the local tourist spots. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose to stay with Nora in the future.

Perfect stay for a weekend getaway

Clean and convenient. We were able to walk to various locations in the city pretty easily. For those that were a bit further we still had a very short walk to subway to get to our destination. Nora was an incredibly responsive host!

Great Property!

Very nice studio apartment in Montreal Downtown-bright, clean, everything you need is there! Location is perfect -10-20 min walking distance to almost everything- Metro, Old Port, Old Montreal, Eaton Centre, Hop-On/Hop-Off bus station, Train Station, etc. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it to people looking for a getaway in Montreal! Thank you, Host!!

Wonderful weekend get away

Norma was quite responsive with our communications and met us at the apartment. She was so kind to also to help me get a parking spot right in front of the building. The apartment was quite clean and was everything we were hoping for. The convivence of the location for the jazz fest was as good as it gets, while also quiet and comfortable. We will be sure to stay here again when in Montreal.

Girls trip to Montreal

A group of 4 of us girls (23) had a great time, housed us perfectly for a weekend get away, very clean and well stocked. Only thing I will say is it is right beside a dive bar and was presented with garbage and puke outside the door of the apartment in the morning, and loud music and sounds from patrons of the bar at night.About a 15 min walk to old Montreal.

Fantastic "Budget" Option

The property was exactly as described/expected, and ideal for a weekend exploring the city. Perfect for 3-4 people - a small family or friends. We were 2 couples. We enjoyed the rooftop space very much. Wonderful location - a close walk or bike anywhere (or otherwise close to the bus routes). Communication was great, as well. We even snagged free parking directly in front of the building. Would recommend!

Jazz Fest Visit/Good Value Condo

Location was excellent for walking to the Jazz Festival, Old Montreal, and the Metro Station. On-line photos provide good representation of unit with a well outfitted kitchen. However, on-line description and Welcome Booklet both indicate use of co-working room, gym, and rooftop terrace which all could be accessed by "using your electronic chip" but there was no electronic chip provided. One of the dining chairs was broken and not useable. Overall, we had a great stay in the unit for good value.
