We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following: - We recognize that most of your issues pertained to the cleanliness of our property, and we agree that this was unacceptable. While this was the first time we’ve ever had any issues regarding cleanliness with any of our previous guests, we discussed these matters with our cleaning staff and they acknowledged responsibility for the items you laid out; rest assured that they have committed to us that these issues will not occur again. - As it relates to the droppings, we’ve already had pest control on-site to evaluate the property and ensure they put appropriate mitigation in place to prevent any problems going forward. - Lastly, we hope that you found the partial refund that you received to compensate you for these inconveniences to be commensurate with our appreciation for your understanding of these issues.
