It is a house for lovers of nature and rustic life. The view is clear on the Cevennes mountains. The natural setting is exceptional. The house is surrounded by a park with olive trees, pines and oaks.

The tenants have the exclusive use of the house of 450m2 and a plot of 34ha. The renovated part of the house is 200m2. The house is located high up on the hill.

The property is 4km from the village of Saint Laurent le Minier, and 2km from the best local swimming: the Vis waterfall. It is the ideal setting to spend a quiet moment, with a beautiful view of the olive trees and the Cevennes mountain.

The renovated parts are 130m2 and has sleeping accommodation for 8 people with 3 bedrooms. A part of 70m2 with veranda and two double bedrooms with 2 toilets and an additional bathroom (sleeping: 2 additional double beds) is available at an additional cost. The rental is fully equipped (washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, 4 gas hob and an electric hob, senseo coffee maker, wine glass, all kitchen utensils, internet, TV not antenna, bring your DVD player or iPad + connectors). There is a large wood oven for making breads, pies and pizzas in the yard.

We dry the laundry outside. If it rains, we bring the laundry to the dryer for a fee in the city of Ganges.

The house has no central heating. There is a fireplace and electric heaters. Tenants must provide warm clothing to preserve the environment. We also advise you to take boots if you want to walk in the forest between October and May (or buy boots at Berger a Ganges establishments for 12 euros). The temperate climate of the region does not require air conditioning for the summer.
