While the home does accommodate larger groups as described in the listing, I understand that a group made up almost entirely of adults can certainly feel different at maximum occupancy. We appreciate all of your feedback and will take it into consideration. I’m glad you enjoyed the snacks and that the WiFi, location and roomy hot tub worked well for your group. For clarity, you later confirmed that you had overlooked my initial email containing all the information you requested, along with links to the digital guidebook with additional helpful information. There was no slow response time to your pre-arrival questions—I responded promptly through Vrbo. You later reported that a glitch in the app prevented you from seeing my direct responses until after your departure. The property concerns were not reported to me during your stay. Had I known, I would have done everything possible to address them while you were there and give your family the five-star experience we strive for. Concerns like these are not typical, but if something unexpected does arise, guests can feel comfortable reaching out anytime. We will continue to respond promptly and do everything possible to resolve the concern and make sure our guests have a wonderful stay.
