Very nice for our family to stay. The only thing is you need to bring your own pans (the ones there were not good).

This home fit our needs for our trip. A nice welcome basket and fresh flowers out upon arrival. Did have to reach out to get the door code. Twin beds were hard and the drain in the shower drained slowly. Other than these minor issues, the house was cute, in a quiet area, and exactly what we needed.

We're so glad the home fit your needs and that the welcome basket and fresh flowers were a nice touch on arrival. We appreciate the feedback about the door code and have since made sure the updated code is clearly communicated to guests ahead of check-in. The mattresses have also been updated for better comfort, and the shower drain has been cleared. It's great to hear you found the home cute and in a quiet area, and we're glad it worked out well for your trip.

Very clean and provided towels, dishes, large enough fridge and freezer, and a washer and drier. Though I had indirect communication with me, they were responsive and communicated what they offered and their expectations. It is a cozy place. Me and two friends were comfortable there, local friends that were hanging out, and would recommend up to 4 people staying there. The master bed was great. Shower was also great and also is a large tub. I was iffy about this service as a whole, but the hosts exceeded expectations and gave me a great impression.

This was a cute house, clean and very convenient location. It was perfect for two adults and a dog. Very close to a park with walking trails. I appreciated ac units in each room as it was hot during our stay. We had everything we needed right when we arrived! Would definitely stay again.

Very quiet location and private. House was clean - and host was responsive. Sadly, my friend's travel plans were delayed so she was only able to stay one night and we were there for a funeral so did not get to specnd too much time at the property.

Our stay here was great but we thought the place could use a or more mirrors, one of the smoke alarms squeaked the whole time we were there that made sleeping difficult and the carpet in the living room smelled of pee and the mattress was not a queen size. But besides that we probably would stay there again

We like that the property was quiet and in a nice neighborhood. It is close to any shopping or dining options. The house was clean and well equipped. Our only complaint would be that there was no broom to clean up after ourselves. We would definitely stay again.

Other than a hiccup with the security ID numbers the house great. Plenty of room for our needs and the location to the University was great also. Very reasonable in price and the welcome basket was much appreciated. Hopefully we will be using it in the future and will recommend this to others.

Cute and Clean House near Great Wolf Lodge

We had a lovely stay at the house. It’s very clean and comfortable. The welcome basket was a nice touch upon arrival. We stayed at the house to visit Great Wolf Lodge and be able to have our dog with us. It’s about a 7 minute drive to Great Wolf and we had the best time. We had delicious dinners at 110 Grill and at Tacos Tequila. The house is next to a beautiful quiet cul de sac perfect for walking our dog. We would definitely stay again!

Stayed and visited our kid at FSU- was fine for a quick stay but long term maybe too long because beds were very uncomfortable and was a little musty smelling

Hi Jeanne, the right vacation home is everything, and we're disappointed if this one didn’t meet all your expectations. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:- The mattresses were updated less than a year ago, with a medium firmness chosen to suit a wide range of comfort preferences, but we're sorry they didn't meet your expectations.- The home has a unique charm, preserved in honor of its original owner, Pearl, to maintain a cozy, vintage feel.- We’ll look into the musty scent you noted to ensure future guests enjoy a fresh and welcoming atmosphere.Thank you for providing this feedback, and we hope to host you again on your next visit to Tallahassee!
