There are plenty of bicycle & walking/hiking paths to utilize in the area. You really don't need to use a vehicle to enjoy this apartment & neighborhood. Cafes/restaurants/10 hotels/public parks/surf beaches, buses, light rail, ferries & CBD all within a very short level walk. There is a fully stocked FoodWorks grocery supermarket for supplies just 40m away on Scott St!

Other things to note;
Famous Newcastle "East End Ice Creamery" is only 35m towards the beach on Zaara St.

The 2 balconies are set up for dining/drinks & relaxing just watching the world pass by.

Parks & free BBQs are just a short level stroll.

Convenient location for guests wanting to attend events at the "McDonald Jones Stadium" at Broadmeadow as it's only 20 min by public transport!

Being located on the first floor, guests have 12 stairs to enter + there is an effective audio intercom to the living room to minimize using the stairs when your guests/visitors are entering the building.
