The Townhome

This 1,884 sq ft, two-story townhome is thoughtfully laid out for families or groups looking for space and functionality.

The living room features a large, comfortable sofa and a Smart TV with cable, with the option to log into your own streaming accounts. Adjacent to the living area, the dining table sits beside floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that open onto the patio—an inviting spot for shared meals and conversation.



Kitchen

The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a breakfast bar with seating for five, making it easy to gather for casual meals or morning coffee.



Outdoor Space

Step outside to your private screened-in splash pool with a covered lanai. The patio is furnished with a dining table and lounge chairs, creating a pleasant outdoor space to relax. Pool heating is available for an additional fee.

There are 2 levels to the home. Guests may be required to climb stairs.



The pool heating service is only available from November to the end of April.



A BBQ grill rental is available for use for an additional fee. The propane tank refill is not included. This service must be requested at least 48h prior to your arrival.



Highchairs and Strollers are available upon request.



We do provide a few essentials to make you feel more at home when you arrive, like paper towels, dish sponge, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, trash bags in all trash cans, a roll of toilet paper, hand soap, body wash, and shampoo. Please note these items are not replenished.



There is no daily cleaning, but if you’d like to arrange for our cleaning service to come in and tidy up, we can arrange it for a fee. Please let us know in advance.

Excessive required cleaning is considered a double clean and is charged $100.00.



Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation



A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.



HOUSE RULES

- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.

- No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) is allowed inside the unit, and the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $400 penalty.

- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.

- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.

- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.

- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.

- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during their stay.

- Please avoid moving furniture.

- Pets are not allowed.



Interaction with Guests:

You can check yourself in using the door keypad. The access code will be sent within 24 hours of your arrival.
