The check in was great and easy, the host communicated very well and always responded if anything. The place seemed very clean and organized and had most of everything that you’d need. It’s not exactly the same as the pictures but it was very nice and we had a great stay for the whole week, would recommend.

Great location

Mazhar was a great host, everything was just as listed, and communication was very quick. Would definitely return if in the Buffalo area again.

Great place

We stayed at this clean house from August 18 -20, 2023. The house was clean, especially the bathroom and kitchen. The beds were very comfortable. I will recommend this property to my friends.

Overnight stays for wedding

My family stayed there for my granddaughter's wedding nearby. My brother and nephew said everything was fine. They only went to sleep as they were with me at my house the rest of the time.

Mazhar was great in answering any questions we had quickly! Check in was easy and having off-street parking was great. The updated kitchen and bathroom were nice. The house itself is older and outside stairs/driveway could use a little update repair. Beds were very comfortable. Individual AC units in bedrooms and common living area worked well. Overall, a great stay.

Came up from Virginia to watch a Bills game with family and friends, and decided to look into a Vrbo instead of getting 2 hotel rooms. Glad I did! This property worked well for what we needed it for, a nice warm place to unwind and eventually sleep. We didnt cook or use the kitchen but it was there and available, not sure how stocked it was cooking supplies wise because we didnt check. Bathroom and shower worked great, no issues with heating the house either. I will say if you have never been to Buffalo and are not familiar with houses in the city, I could see a renter expecting more and possibly leaving a bad review. This house is on the nicer end of the spectrum of Buffalo living. Plus the house is in a great location with plenty of bars and restaurants in walking distance. But the best part about Buffalo is everything is with in a 15 minute car ride in any direction.

Disappointment

My stay at the property could have been better but I was happy to have somewhere to stay for the five day. my twins daughters graduated from college. The floors squeaked, the linens were not the best neither was the mattresses and not a good supply of hot water. On the four night of our stay the temperature dropped and the heat came on for a short time but not enough to warm the house. The stove was not modern and the oven didn’t work. The property is not what was advertised on the site as a renovated apartment was expecting some place more modern.

We have recently renovated entire unit including new kitchen and new wash room with new paint, new mattresses & linen and so on. To control heating, thermostat is in the living room which you can adjust as per your needs. There is no issues with hot water as well only you have to adjust as per your desired temperature. We were just a message away if you had any issue should have contacted to address these issue immediately. We strive to provide a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all our guests, and it is disappointing to learn that we fell short in your case. house had obviously been closed up and was quite smelly at first. As I opened up the house, the windows were full of big flies, and there were also ants in the kitchen. A set of plastic bowls would be helpful, both to serve food in and to use as a dish pan. The pictures showed a bistro table on the porch which I thought would be great, but there were two plastic chairs and a very dirty cloth loveseat, no table. The appearance outside was not a good impression either. Overall, it served it's purpose tho and the location was perfect for my needs.

We got to rental around 11pm. Check-in was fine, but the rental was not. Newly remodeledpoor paint job w/o sanding or fixing anything first, a shower head not attached to the wall, toilet not secured to the floor. Cleanlinesssomeone’s false eyelash stuck my pillow, hair in several towels and wash clothes, dust and dirt on the floor & surfaces(excluding counter tops, sinks & kitchen table) & black water spots on the bathrooms ceiling and walls. 2 King size beds & 1 queen bed3 full size beds(my sons are 6’5 & 6’6, they had to sleep diagonally). There is no washer/dryer either. The other doors in the house said, “do not enter & emergency exit only” with locks that required keys. No mention of a shared laundry area or what to do if we need a laundry unit. The backyard that’s mowed nicely to where you can sit outside? Nope, very overgrown. Front porch and porch furniture were gross and dusty and the outside stairs leading up to the porch weren’t secure either. Felt like they were going to collapse if we stepped too hard. The price and what we got definitely didn’t match up. Location & neighborhood was cute. But yea, don’t stay here.

We had a great stay! Check in was easy, and the house was clean and exactly as listed. Nice quiet street located within walking distance of many restaurants and cafes. Off street parking was greatly appreciated! Host was quick to answer any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again!
