Savannah Home w/ Patio & Grill ~ 2 Mi to Downtown

Hi Chris, we’re sorry to hear your stay did not meet your expectations. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following: - You arrived late on Friday afternoon, and there was limited street parking due to a rare Friday night church service nearby. You needed parking for three vehicles, and I communicated that we offer two off-street parking spots in the driveway. Street parking is first-come, first-served as usual. I offered to let you park in the backyard, but you preferred to leave. Unfortunately, a neighbor parked in the driveway, which shouldn't have happened. - The property is located in a diverse urban neighborhood. We've had no previous safety issues, and past guests have had positive experiences. There are multiple short-term rentals within two blocks, and the area is home to students from Savannah College of Art and Design, as well as young professionals. Several restaurants, apartment buildings, and a nearby police precinct make this a safe and thriving neighborhood. We truly go above and beyond for our guests and are confident that future guests will have excellent stays!
