This spacious family home is in the beautiful small town of Port Hope. There are four large bedrooms upstairs, along with a newly renovated onsuite bathroom and a second full bathroom. One bedroom is currently used as an office. Large windows in all the rooms allow for beautiful sunlight and views out to Lake Ontario.

Main level features a large open concept kitchen with plenty of storage space. Kitchen is fully furnished and stocked, including pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, bake ware, etc. Two large living or play areas are also on the main level. One room has a large TV, the other has an operating fireplace. There is a half bathroom on the main level, and a separate office/exercise space. There is a large patio with a BBQ. Laundry, including washer and dryer, are also on the main level.

Port Hope is a beautiful small town with lots of small businesses including restaurants, shops, and a lively arts scene. There is also easy access to many other places in Ontario, including the GTA - there is very easy access to the 401 (75-90 minute drive), ViaRail trains from Port Hope or Cobourg, and GO trains from Oshawa.
