Sweet 16

This property was beautiful. My daughter and her friends shared the up stairs and got to have their girl time. While my husband and I stayed to ourselves. Large dinner table gave great options for meals and cake The hot tub under the stars truly made each night memorable. A short walk to the beach and we could watch the girls from the deck. It was a wonderful party.

The stairs to the front door were tough on Grandpa. Not handicap friendly. The place looked clean enough but no dishwasher and the beds were outdated and had a plastic covers so bring your own bedding.

Lovely stay close to the beach

This house was clean, cozy, and comfortable during our stay at the beach. The hot tub was wonderful on cold evenings and the upstairs bedroom with 2 bunk beds was perfect for groups with multiple kids. Lots of local activities and shops to visit. Would stay again!

Loved the hot tub! Perfect way to warm up after walking the coast! The host was amazing! We left all our laundry in the dryer and they mailed it to us, we are so happy and can't wait to come bacK!

House was beautiful and accommodating with a beautiful view! I wish the hot tub was working but other than that it was a nice getaway with a short walk to the beach!

Great Location

The location of the house is great! Quick walk to the beach and lots of shops in Lincoln City. It’s also central to so much on the coast. We drive to Tillamook one day and Newport the next. The house itself was good. Plenty of space for our party of 8 (adults and teens). The hot tub was a big hit! The couple of minor issues we had were dealt with fairly quickly, as the management team was really responsive. The only complaint we all had was the beds. They are all encased in plastic coverings. I can see WHY a rental would do this, but we’ve stayed in lots of rental homes and never had one use them. It made for a pretty uncomfortable sleeping experience for everyone.

Great location ! We enjoyed the hot tub every night. So close to everything . We enjoyed the view of D River and the ocean from our deck . We will definitely come back .

The property was excellently maintained and close to the beach. We celebrated my wife's 75th birthday during a terrific storm. We love Pacific storms. The only concern was the three flights of stairs that need to be navigated to enter the property.

Beautiful Beach House

This house was perfect for our family of 5 and our dog. We had a comfortable stay, very close to everything and enjoyed the ocean view from the deck. Will definitely rent again!

Nice house

Other than being surprised with the number of stairs to climb while recovering from ankle surgery (my bad) the house was great and in a great location.

Great Location - comfortable stay for the family.

We loved the location. The hot tub was amazing and we used it a lot. The house is very updated and clean. Quick walk to many restaurants and beach also tide pools. The only things that are really not a big deal was the sliding door kept catching and was kind of hard to open. The beds were comfortable just had to get use to plastic mattress protectors. Only suggestions would be for hooks to hang towels on and maybe a different type of mattress protector. The house really is nice with all the amenities you could want. Very nicely decorated. Would definitely rent again.

Great Place to stay

We had a wonderful week in this home! Everything was clean and very welcoming. Perfect location close to the beach. Would definitely recommend this home to a friend. Keep in mind there are a lot of steps to get into the home but we considered it a bonus. Easy to get in your daily steps!!! The balcony offered a great view to the ocean with a hot tub! And the walk to the beach was just a few short blocks.

Great view however there were several maintenance and cleanliness issues that future guests should be aware of.We requested an early check-in on the morning of our arrival but didn’t receive a response until the following day, when the host said they would look into it. By then, the request was no longer relevant.When we arrived, the main floor smelled strongly of dog (especially the couch), and there was sand on the floors, making us question whether the home had been fully cleaned. We also found a diaper under one of the bunk beds.The hot tub had unusual foam, (which we got comped for) the oven did not heat properly, and the dryer seemed like it wasn’t fully venting outside. The mattress still had its plastic cover on, which left the sheets feeling damp while sleeping.There were a few safety and maintenance concerns: the back door would not lock, the interior front door’s chipped doorknob was sharp, the TV console blocked a heating vent (which felt like a potential fire hazard), and there was no first-aid kit.The kitchen was missing several basic items, including mixing bowls and quality chopping knives, and there were no disinfecting cleaning supplies available. One kitchen drawer could only be opened by first opening the front door due to the layout.The listing mentioned stairs but did not indicate there are more than 40 steps to reach the home.

Wonderful place

My family enjoyed our stay, the house had all the basics & we loved the big soft blankets provided for the couch & bedrooms. Things to note: no dishwasher & LOTS of stairs (3 flights) to get up to the house. I know a lot of the places in this area have stairs, it was just a bit of a challenge for a family member with hip issues. Just an FYI.
