Thank you for your review, Tim. Few clarifications though. Yes, we make it a point of duty and responsibility to change, launder, iron the duvet and bedsheets each time our guests check out. During your stay it was raining and cold in Edmonton, the reason we only had a duvet. If you had informed us you needed a top sheet that would have been provided to you. On the living room lights, the remote for the Led lights were placed beside it for easy access for guest to adjust it to their preference. We apologize for any inconvenience. If this was brought to our attention we would have guided you accordingly. The bedroom light is dim because guest are expected to sleep in the bedroom and a dim light makes it more relaxing and comforting. On the plates, the plates were placed on the dinner table for guest use and easy access. If you were not sure you should have reached out to us for clarification. The electronic panel helps monitor the door lock and not necessarily an alarming system. Hence we didn't include any information on its operations. We didn't know you required more hangers for your 2-night stay. We surely would have provided more if you had requested. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience.
