Perfectly located, it’s in a tranquil spot right next to Beare Park on the harbour, yet only a stroll to the eateries and buzzy nightlife of Kings Cross, Darlinghurst, and Potts Point. St Vincent's Hospital, Kings Cross train station, the Rushcutters Bay tennis courts, and the Cruising Yacht Club are also nearby. Walk to Sydney’s CBD (Downtown) in under 30 minutes.
The Space:
Enter the apartment into carpeted space with a double bed, a table and chairs for 2 people and built-in wardrobes. A couple of comfy upholstered chairs with a side table are there for you to relax and watch the wall-mounted smart TV. A glass door opens up to a balcony overlooking Beare Park, right on the shimmering Sydney harbour, with beautiful views of the water and Sydney’s CBD (Downtown) – the same view that can be enjoyed when seated at the table inside. Block-out blinds over the balcony door and windows help control the light. A separate floor-tiled kitchen comes complete with stone bench-tops, a Westinghouse dishwasher, 2-burner electric stove, microwave oven and a good-sized fridge/freezer. The apartment’s bathroom has been updated with a roomy shower recess, new sink and vanity. Full laundry facilities are located in the basement for $3/cycle.
Building amenities include a swimming pool and a shared outdoor entertaining area with a barbecue. There are also coin-operated laundry facilities on the basement level, including an internal drying room.
The apartment also comes with a security car spot, suitable for small-medium sized car.
** Please note that the swimming pool is temporarily closed until for notice - It is unfortunate that glass has been broken into the pool requiring it to be drained and cleaned. However, it is necessary to protect the health and safety of everyone in the building that it is closed until these tasks have been completed. The Neighborhood:
Elizabeth Bay is one of Sydney’s most centrally located and sought after suburbs due to its close proximity to the CBD (Downtown), Potts Point, Darlinghurst, Paddington and Rushcutters Bay – you can walk to all of them. The apartment is in a peaceful, quiet location, with Beare Park right next to the apartment building for you to enjoy a picnic on the harbour’s edge. The Lookout café is a minute’s stroll away, with countless eateries to suit any budget also nearby. A Woolworths Metro supermarket is less than 10 minutes’ walk away. Nearby Rushcutters Bay Park is home to tennis courts and the Cruising Yacht Club of Australia, where the world-renowned Sydney to Hobart Yacht Race starts. The high-end eateries on the Finger Wharf in Woolloomooloo and St Vincents Hospital are both under 20 minutes away on foot.
Getting Around:
The apartment comes with a dedicated undercover parking spot, suitable for small-medium sized car. If you prefer public transport, Kings Cross station is a 10 minute walk away, where you can catch train services into the CBD and western suburbs in one direction, or to Bondi Junction in the other, one of Sydney’s major shopping hubs. Nearby bus services will also take you into the CBD and Circular Quay for the Sydney Opera House and ferry services.

All works are scheduled between 7:00 AM and 4:00 PM only, though noise levels may vary depending on the work being carried out. By proceeding with the booking, guests acknowledge this notice. Requests for refunds or cancellations due to the construction works will not be considered. Thank you for your understanding.***

The concierge's details will be sent to you 2 to 3 days before your check in day provided your Truvi ID verification has been successfully completed. Note: a $40 fee applies for check-ins after 8 pm.
* **Long-Term Stays:** For bookings longer than one month, a mandatory full cleaning and linen change is scheduled every 4 weeks to keep the apartment fresh for your extended stay. This will be added to your total booking amount.

Apartment was in an excellent location with a good view of the area. Amenities met all the needs I had for the week. Area was very pleasant and quiet during night time hours but easily in walking distance from plenty of good shops and restaurants nearby. Parking was a bit odd to get into if someone else is entering/ exiting the lot but otherwise excellent
