Spacious and very cute accommodations. We also appreciated the timely response turnaround when questions for minor issues come up. I would definitely stay here again.

Really enjoyed the stay. Kids really loved the pool and game room. Mostly everyone was comfortable. Only issue was a lot of ants. But we made communication with the manager and they took care of our concerns so overall we had a great trip and everyone said they would definitely come back!! Thank you again for your service!!

Fantastic

A very long awaited holiday (vacation) for me, my wife and our family. The property didn't disappoint in any way at all, in fact I would go as far as saying it exceeded our expectations. We had a few small issues with the hot tub and freezer but the IHM team tended to these promptly and professionally, we couldn't ask for more. My grandchildren and niece virtually spent all of their time in the pool and well equipped games room when we weren't out and about. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend the property for standard and value. Dan & Deb (UK)

The stairs in the home is very weak when you walk on them. The electrical plugs in the entire house don't work as if there's some sort of issue with the wiring system. We deserve a credit for the issue we dealt with the entire weekend.

Disney trip

We loved the location of the house. It was close to disney which is why we visited Orlando. We loved the amenities like the oasis clubhouse on non disney days. Location was great. The only thing was the cleaniness of the house. Clumps of hair was found outside and inside. Pet hair was found on thw velour blankets, we brought dogs but that was already there when we came. Some of the blankets looked dirty and had food staines on them and there was some red liquid on the island walls and there was ants coming through the front door and kept going on the counters. Management did say they could send someone to fumigate but we had plans to go to disney and had dogs at the house so we opted not to do that. We really did love the house, the rooms were nice and my duagter loved the princess room. Another thing which they had some potholders to take stuff out of oven. Other than that the house was good.

The pool heat was nice and warm, which we really enjoyed, and the home was stocked with plenty of towels. Customer service was responsive and quick to reply to inquiries and service requests. Check-in was simple and convenient using a door code.While they were responsive and attempted to address concerns, most issues were not fully resolved.The home was not cleaned well and appeared poorly maintained. There were multiple broken or worn items, including dining chairs, blankets, a loose tub faucet, and a light fixture dangling from the ceiling. The air vents were heavily caked with dust (though they were later cleaned). We found dried toothpaste on cabinets, crumbs throughout the house, stains on pillows, and couches that were visibly dirty and worn.A housekeeper was sent, but the cleaning was minimal and did not address the issues.We also experienced a pest issue. After placing bread on the counter the first day, it was filled with ants the next day. No compensation was offered for the food I had just purchased.Additionally, I paid to rent a grill, but it was very old and would not ignite. The knobs were so worn that the labels were gone.Maintenance was unable to fix key issues, including the tub faucet and the dangling light fixture.Overall, the home is not in good condition. With proper cleaning, maintenance, and replacement of worn items, it could be a nice property. However, in its current state, it does not compare to other homes I’ve stayed in within ChampionsGate

We sincerely apologize that certain aspects of the home did not meet your expectations. We assisted as best we could by sending housekeeping and maintenance promptly to address the issues you reported. Unfortunately, some items required more extensive repairs or replacements, and we were unable to fumigate as permission was not granted to enter the home for that service.
