This loft runs larger than you expect -- a polished, modern 2-bedroom with an oversized primary bedroom that stands out the moment you walk in. A private porch/balcony extends the living space outdoors, and floor-to-ceiling windows bring the city light inside.
THE SPACE: King bed in the oversized primary bedroom and Queen bed in the second bedroom sleep 4 comfortably. Twin rollaway beds are available upon request for up to 6 total. Two full bathrooms. Full kitchen, in-unit washer/dryer, high-speed WiFi. LEED Platinum certified building.
DOG-FRIENDLY: Up to 2 dogs welcome with $75 pet fee. Sloan's Lake is a 15-minute walk. No cats permitted.

Beautiful property
So pretty and very comfortable. Perfect for our needs. Short 10-12 minute walk to Union Station which can take you anywhere. Lovely neighbourhood with friendly folks and incredible food.

Many rentals in the building
Location is great.
We enjoyed the vibrancy of neighborhood and closeness to all Denver has to offer. (not good if looking for quiet retreat).
We were sad about the cleanliness of the apartment. There had been a dog in there recently and the windows all had dog nose height goo on them, and the amount of dog hair everywhere was a bit gross. There were no cleaning supplies or vacuum to rectify situation. Dirty washcloths were left in shower from last guest, draped over shower head. No rental should have a white rug and couch, especially if they allow pets. We used blankets when sitting on sofa, hope those were washed. If you are a decent cook, this place is not stocked with much in the way of culinary tools. The lighting in main area left much to be desired, kitchen prep areal lighting was very dim. TV in second bedroom did not work. TV in main room had no sound bar, just a portable hand size speaker. Hot water heater made a pronounced buzzing periodically that made us nervous.
Next time, we will try another unit in building.
I just cant get over the dog hair, so much that it was on my clothes. Made me question if anything was really cleaned.
