Beautiful condo, great location!
Beautiful, clean condo in a great location. Enjoyed our stay very much! Tons of space, very modern yet homey. Street parking can be difficult to find, beds were very firm, and primary shower water pressure wasn't the best... but would rebook again in a heartbeat.

Great Spot!!!
My sister and I stayed here for a couple nights while visiting Denver. This place is nice and spacious. Has all necessary kitchen equipment and shampoo/conditioner/body wash in bathrooms. If I had one suggestion I would at a couple more cups/glasses to the cupboards but these have probably slowly dwindled after other guests.

Came down to celebrate a couple of birthdays. We were able to Uber around the city. Topgolf and an Avalanche hockey game was on the agenda.
Got to both locations, short rides and great times had by all.

Lacking Basics
Disappointed with our unit. It lacked utensils, glasses and dishes, was not up to standard cleanliness as the carpet was dirty, the water pressure was very low (so low we didn't even shower the second day), and the furniture in the living area was inadequate and uncomfortable.

Ok stay
The apartment was nice and location very good. I know its in the agreement but i feel that check-in at 4pm and check- out at 10am is ridiculous given that most people are traveling from out of town. We did get a 330pm check in but when i emailed for a possible late check out, the only response i received was a copy and paste of the check out time. No personal response at all. I thought that was pretty rude.

Great location, but that’s about the best thing.
The air conditioning was broke 3 nights. Unfortunately it was a heat wave in Denver. So the condo was in the 80’s. We repeatedly messaged and also called to alert the management to the problem. We were told compensation would be given, it was not. In addition, the lobby smelled horrific. Every person we encountered commented about it, including workers. The WiFi was also out for a day. Not that big of a deal but adding in no air, it wouldn’t be a place we would stay again.

About the lobby odor, we are aware of the problem and are working with the building management to address it. We also appreciate you bringing to our attention about the WiFi outage. While unexpected outages can happen, please know that it has never been a problem during our guest stays before.
Regarding the compensation, we deeply regret that this matter was not properly resolved. Please know that we are reviewing this situation and will reach out to you directly to ensure it's addressed appropriately.
