This property has a Bedroom cum living room of 170 sq. ft with an attached space of 65 sq. ft for a cooking area and an entrance to the toilet. there is a main door from outside directly into the main room and a separate entrance to the cooking area. Outside there is a tiled floor (open to air) which can be used for seating or parking of small vehicles.
Guests can access all the areas within this listing - Bed cum living room, Cooking area, Toilet. While cooking is a shared area, others are exclusively for the guests only.
This is a down-to-earth farm stay property. No luxuries are to be expected, though the bedroom is well-furnished with false ceiling, curtains, LED lighting, window AC, and vitreous tiled flooring. The cooking space is also newly developed with decent and modern tiles. The toilet has a tiled floor and dado and has all the basic required fittings (WC, Shower, tap, soap tray, light, cloth hooks). A wash basin with a mirror is provided outside the bathroom.
As a main host, I will not be available at the property, but our watchman cum caretaker will offer the basic support required during the stay - such as cleaning the rooms, arranging hot water, and opening and locking the homestay for the guests. Other than these, if any work such as fetching meals, groceries, water bottles, etc. that is to be carried out by the watchman/attendant it can be directly discussed. As such there is no services price list for the extra services that will be rendered for the guest/s. The host will not have come into the picture with any extra services that are required or to be carried out.
