This beautifully modern 1,000 sq. ft. condo offers a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and style. Located just a short walk from Peak 9, the Quicksilver lift, and Breckenridgeā€™s vibrant downtown shops, restaurants, and bars, itā€™s an ideal spot for both winter and summer adventures. The condo comfortably sleeps up to eight guests, providing plenty of space for your entire family or group.

Upon entry, youā€™re greeted by the spacious living room, beautifully decorated with cozy furnishings and a gas fireplace. Relax on the comfy couch and enjoy the ambiance of a crackling fire while watching the snow fall outside. Adjacent to the living area is the dining table, seating six, where you can gather for home-cooked meals prepared in the fully remodeled kitchen. Just beyond the dining area, step outside to your private, covered balcony and take in the fresh mountain air.

The master bedroom is a cozy retreat with a queen bed and en suite bathroom. The second bedroom offers two bunk beds, ideal for kids or additional guests. Both bedrooms are equipped with TVs and offer ample clothing storage. The second full bathroom is conveniently located in the hall. Additional amenities include an in-unit washer and dryer for your convenience.

Enjoy the resort-style amenities that come with your stay, including multiple hot tubs and an outdoor heated pool to unwind after a day of skiing or hiking. The condo also offers free parking for 1 vehicle and nearby ski shuttle pick-up, ensuring easy access to the slopes.

The host was very responsive although not all issues were resolved. The location is great and the condo is lovely. The dryer did not work well and took upwards of 3 hours to dry 2 towels. We purposely book units with laundry so this was a disappointment. Also they only supplied a few towels and with a nonfunctioning dryer it made the hot tub very hard to use. Hopefully management can take care of these issues.

First the good.. the condo is as pictured with updated decor and a LOT of lighting, something not often found in ski condos. The condo is well stocked with paper towels, toilet paper and small bottles of toiletries in the bathroom. The condo is well situated located near the Quicksilver chair on peak 9. You can walk past the pool to the lift or take the brown bus from Mill Road to other locations on the mountain or in town. Download the transit app. Areas for improvement mostly surround customer service. I was texted before I arrived and was told to text if I had concerns. While this initially seemed great, none of my concerns were addressed by the texts which sounded like they were written by an AI agent. Most upsetting, I had to spend 20 minutes on the phone with the internet company to fix a wifi issue. For future, call the office (which is only open until 5 - not so helpful for a ski schedule).The management company also has to put more effort into maintaining the condo. From a dirty oven to loose knobs on the toilet and bathroom sink, this great condo will lose its cache if attention to detail is not maintained.

The condo with its recent renovations is a great place to stay. Our family of 4 had a great four nights here this month. Comfortable, well appointed, super convenient to walk to the base of Peak 9 or along Main St. Only thing keeping me from giving it 5 stars is the fact that you can hear your neighbors and people walking in the unit above. Really, it wasn't bad for us. We would stay here again.

Great location. Perfect for our family of 4. Minutes walk to downtown, and a dreamy oasis after a long day of hiking adventures. Updated amenities made for a familiar and comfortable atmosphere. A true home away from home feel with the added benefit of mountain vibes.

The place was amazing and they were very responsive with any needs that arose. Our only complaint is how loud the people above us were. It was our last night but you can hear everything from the living room from the people above.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The visit started with excellent communication from the rental management company. I had read reviews that the unit was loud and you could hear your neighbors- this was definitely true. The unit was redone with nice touches and the kitchen and bathrooms were good. The problem started when the dryer NEVER worked properly. There was a sign taped to the front of the dryer on how to ā€œfix itā€ but no matter how many times I followed directions it failed to work. The management company did not have a solution and just told me to let my wet clothes sit in the washer and maybe it would work again. This was a huge problem - I cannot imagine being here in the winter and needing clothes dried. Get a new dryer.

Great location and property, but very loud

This was a great location and very close to several restaurants and hikes. They had everything we needed and the place was relatively clean. We loved the heated flooring in the bathrooms and the waterfall shower. The first night was perfect, but as other guests started to arrive, we realized how thin the walls and floors/ceilings were. The people staying above us were incredibly loud and the last two nights we were woken up several times throughout the night by dogs and individuals walking and stomping around. It was so loud that it sounded like people were inside our VRBO with us, which was unsettling. If it werenā€™t for that, would have definitely stayed again in the future.

Spring Break with Kids in Breck

We enjoyed our stay at this condo in Breckenridge. It is a really comfortable space and convenient location. The kids loved the bunk room and the pool/hot tub, and it was nice to have our own space in the separate primary bedroom. The kitchen is was functional - we ate breakfast there everyday and made two dinners easily. The only downside is that there doesn't seem too be much noise insulation between this condo and the floor above. It wasn't an issue during the week, but on Friday night the upstairs neighbors had people over and it was noisy.

Breck Ski Trip

The condo was perfect for our trip to Breck. Location was prime, everything in the condo was clean and 100% as pictured. The property management team was responsive and made our entire visit easy from check in to check out. I would stay there again!! Thanks for the accommodation

Great spot for a ski trip

The condo was very nice and modern. Our group really enjoyed the short walk to the chairlift, restaurants and bars, and the hot tubs after long days on the slopes. The property manager was also very communicative and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Convenient & Clean!

This was a great stay for a ski trip in Breck. Plenty of room for adults and ski lockers and balcony were an amazing amenity to the stay. Place was easy to access and a short walk to the lift. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice location to lift

Condo was nicely decorated and fully stocked only complaints are that you can hear every step the upstairs neighbors took and it took building management 5 days to come look at the water leak coming from the ceiling.

Amazing location to the slopes and town

The location is amazing - ski in / ski out without the cost. And a very short walk to all the shops, restaurants and bars. Best of both worlds. And for a family with up to 4 kids - this two bedroom is perfect with the two bunk sets in the second bedroom. Will book again!!!
