You will love this centrally located spacious basement suite in south Lethbridge! Beautiful Henderson Lake is a few minutes walk away. Henderson pool, Lethbridge Tennis Club, Spitz stadium, Henderson Lake ice arena are all a 2 minute walk from the suite.
We are close to everything. You can make it to the west side in 5 minutes (if traffic is light), the new Agri Food Hub (exhibition park) is 3 minutes drive from the suite. There are a multitude of restaurants within a 10 minute drive, whether you want something to go or dine in, it is close by.
We are located in the neighborhood of Glendale which is a quiet and nice neighborhood to live in. The neighbors are friendly and you will see many going on morning or evening walks to Henderson Lake Park.
When your in the suite, you will enjoy a full kitchen, 3 bedrooms with 1 King bed and 1 queen bed and a twin bunk bed over queen bed. Want to relax? Enjoy the private patio with a 6 burner BBQ or cuddle up in front of the fireplace and enjoy a movie from Netflix, Prime or Tubi.
There is an AC/heater unit available in suite for your convenience for temperature control whether you want it colder or hotter.
Bedroom #1 has a king bed with a desk and lamp if you need to do some work.
Bedroom #2 has a twin bunk over queen bed. Bedroom #3 has a queen bed with a large window.
The bathroom is a full 4 piece bathroom with bathtub.
The living room has an electric fireplace that can be turned on to produce heat if you want to watch a movie on the 55" TV. There are a variety of movies you can pick from, as we have Prime, Netflix and Tubi streaming services on the TV.
The kitchen is stocked with multiple spices, olive oil, pots, pans, cutlery, bowls and plates. There is a microwave, toaster, coffee maker and electric kettle. There is complementary coffee, tea and organic sugar available.
