A airy and relaxing apartment boasts huge balcony and complete amenities, just like in the comfort of your own home.
To get the keys, you can drive 4 minutes from the apartment, approximately 800m away, or take a leisurely 4-minute walk, covering a distance of 250m if you don`t plan on bringing a car.

This apartment is located on Level 5 of the Wayfarer Building. It is a cosy home away from home with access to an indoor pool on level 26.
BEDROOMS:
This apartment features two bedrooms, each designed for comfort and style. The master bedroom boasts a queen-sized bed, professionally cleaned and pressed linens, and beautiful views of Black Mountain and the Telstra Tower. The second bedroom offers a double-sized bed with equally pristine linens and a striking feature wall of frosted glass. Both bedrooms are spacious and provide ample wardrobe space for your belongings.
BATHROOM:
This property has 2 bathrooms - one of which is an en-suite. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper and body wash. You will need to re-stock depending on usage frequency and length of stay.
Exhaust fan - this will stay on for extended periods if there is still heat or steam in the bathrooms. It’s on a self-timer and will automatically shut off when deemed necessary.
KITCHEN:
You can use the kitchen if you`re craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay you will have access to the following:
- refrigerator
- stovetop/oven (due to the model limitations of the oven, the `grill option` should not be used otherwise, the oven may stop working)
- microwave
- dishwasher
- plates, glasses, and utensils
- cooking pots and pans
We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as muesli, milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays.
LIVING ROOM:
The living room has a smart TV that you can use to access your Netflix and YouTube accounts. Note that we don`t provide Netflix, YouTube and other online streaming platforms subscriptions so you will have to use your own account. The TV has access to local channels as well. It also has a couch, bean bag and cushioned ottoman that makes tv marathons more comfortable. Please be sure to check out the puzzles inside the ottoman!
We don`t provide HDMI cable however, you can bring your own if you wish to connect your laptop to the TV.
The balcony is the biggest in the building!
PARKING:
The parking garage can fit up to 1 car.
There are also options for free and paid street parking.
Visitors` car spaces located directly outside the front doors - are very limited.
Free parking in the McDonald’s car park adjacent (at own risk).
COMMON AREA:
You will have the access to the building`s pool on the 26th floor throughout your stay.
The common areas are managed by the building management and can be closed without prior notice to owners. We try our best to get the most accurate information to update the listing description as much as we can. In this regard, please check for building announcements at the time of your arrival to confirm the availability of common areas.
Note:
We don`t provide HDMI cable however, you can bring your own if you wish to connect your laptop to the TV.
There`s possibly dust accumulation due to some building works.
Any violation of our no-party rule will result in a $2000 non-negotiable penalty, in addition to any damages.
Check-in details will be sent two days before your arrival. Access codes will be provided 4 hours before check-in to keep your booking secure.
Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. Losing the key set or leaving it inside the apartment will incur a minimum of $355 charge.
You can walk to public basketball courts, a public skating park, bowling, Westfield Belconnen or go for a jog around the lake. The best cafe in the area is chatterbox which is just a 5-minute walk down the road.
There is a dedicated car space in the building, and unlimited parking beside Mcdonald`s if you have multiple cars.
Any violation of our no-party rule will result in a $2000 non-negotiable penalty, in addition to any damages.
Please do not flush wet wipes, paper towels, or sanitary products. These cause blockages in the sewer system. Dispose in the bin provided.
We don`t provide HDMI cable however, you can bring your own if you wish to connect your laptop to the TV.
There`s possibly dust accumulation due to some building works.
1. Please let us know if you need to check in early or leave later than the standard times. We will charge $110 for each hour of non-scheduled delay to check out after 10 am.
2. I have a STRICT `No Pets Policy` except for service or emotional support animals and `No Smoking Policy`. These are applicable inside and outside of the property. Any breach will result in a fine of $400 plus any additional fees for specialised cleaning.
3. The cleaning fee covers the general cleaning and replacement of quality linen in the property. Please try to leave the place as tidy as possible. If the property is extra messy when you leave, an extra cleaning fee will be charged (minimum of $50).
4. Please be sure you understand our cancellation policies. You can find our current policy via your booking channel.
5. Only those persons who made the reservation may stay at our property. If you`re a business or government agency booking for other people, please contact us in advance to ensure access details are made clear.
6. No parties or gatherings of more than the maximum number of booked guests are permitted. All non-guests must leave the home by 10:00 pm. No loud noises or music are permitted after 10:00 pm. There is a $2000 penalty for breaching this rule.
7. Some consumable items have been left for you in the kitchen (tea, coffee, sugar, milk), that you are most welcome to use. Also, the pantry has a few basics - no need to ask, just help yourself. We don`t stock the refrigerator or provide any meals.
8. The property is not child-proofed and we don`t have specific amenities for infants (i.e. high chair, cot). However, children under adult supervision are permitted.
