"My Happy Place" will quickly become everyoneā€™s happy place, including the dog! With comfortable seating throughout, you can enjoy a movie or the next big game with the entire family. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and all the necessities to create wonderful meals and even better memories together. For hours of family fun, there is a foosball table and a ping pong table as well!

When the sun starts to set, you can find most guests enjoying an evening on the 2nd-floor deck with seating for everyone and a fire pit to enjoy! "My Happy Place" is fully equipped with beautiful dĆ©cor, comfort for everyone, pools, and much more! We canā€™t wait for "My Happy Place" to become your happy place! It's a gorgeous home, decorated to the nines!

The Ledges vacation community sits just north of St. George, Utah, and is surrounded by 360 degrees of stunning views. With endless trails just moments away and a breathtaking golf course right on-site, youā€™ll understand why staying at The Ledges has become a family tradition for many. Enjoy the two community pools and pickleball courts, or dine at the Fish Rock Grille, overlooking the golf course. Whether you are coming to relax by the pool, hike for miles through Snow Canyon State Park, or catch a show at the famous Tuacahn Outdoor Amphitheater, you will love your stay at The Ledges!

Our Lab felt very welcome and comfortable, as we did! The home was so clean you would never know any pet had been there. Great location to take walks with your dog. The home was thoughtfully equipped.

The upper deck cushions were covered in hair to the point that we could not use the patio furniture. Some of the guests struggled due to pet allergies. The kitchen trash had not been taken out prior to arrival. But overall, our group was satisfied with our stay.

Location was great. House was immaculate, just as pictured. It had everything you could possibly need. Close to downtown, shopping, hiking yet out of the crowds. Amazing views. We loved sitting on the upper deck at night by the fire. Would definitely stay there again.

This place was perfectly located for us, was dog friendly but super clean. It has everything you need, plenty of beds for everyone and such a happy positive vibe! Cant wait to make this one of our favs and try to get it everytime we are down! Loved it! Great communication!

A great location with room for everyone!

The property was beyond our expectation. We traveled with 2 families, including 5 teenagers and pets. The large loft / bedroom worked great for the teens to have their own space yet be together. The outdoor patio with gas fire was great for winding down in the evening. The location worked great for day trips to Zion and Vegas. Definitely would highly recommend this rental.

Family picture weekend with the family and dogs šŸ¶

We had an amazing stay at the condo. Pet accommodations were a huge part of the positive experience. We could not have asked for better amenities. Check in and check out instructions were sent with plenty of advance time and simple and easy to follow. Will for sure be renting here again in the future! Reviewer Comments: My daughter's wedding was held at The Ledges, so looked for and booked My Happy Place to accommodate wedding party and use home as the Bridal Suite. I mainly booked this one because of the white, light colored furniture to go along with the bride theme. This place is absolutely gorgeous, beautiful. Couldn't have picked a better home for my daughter's wedding bridal suite.I would definitely rent this again next time for family vacation.

Second time in this unit. Overall very happy with our stay. FYI, the main and toaster ovens were dirty. The coffee machine was also dirty. There was a broken rocker outside down stairs. The cushions upstairs east balcony had tears and seen better days.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and all the rental had to offer. The outdoor spaces were great, especially evenings enjoying the upstairs balcony with the firepit. We appreciated how well stocked the rental was with staples like toilet paper, paper towels, tissue, garbage bags, dishwasher and laundry soaps, etc. Plenty of appliances, including a Keurig (new addition), towels, etc. Would definitely recommend. Our only suggestion for improvement would be to refresh the mattress and bedding in the downstairs master - the mattress was a bit soft and older so the sheets were much too big (didnā€™t stay in place) and the sheets, although clean, were showing some wear. Thanks again for a lovely rental. If weā€™re ever back in St George, this is definitely the first place weā€™ll look to rent.
