This was a wonderfully located cottage. Walking distance to so many great sites, shopping, and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again the next time I come to Pensacola.

We loved the proximity of the cottage to downtown Pensacola. we could easily walk everywhere. Parking in the back was very convenient. Would love to stay at the Jesse again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great cottage for the two of us. Location was great. Having a full kitchen worked well and we loved sitting on the front porch. Property manager and owners were awesome. We will book again.

We had a lovely stay at the Jesse house. We have stayed at both houses and love them both. The Jesse is lovely and we really enjoyed the location, the comfort, and the relaxed feel. we love being able to walk to local eateries, as well as downtown, and stroll through the area. We will definitely be back to Pensacola next year and will hope to stay here again. Cindy is wonderful, as she is readily available if there is an issue--not that we had any. I encourage you to stay in one of these historic homes in a quaint Pensacola neighborhood.

Short but sweet stay

Great location to walk downtown, local breweries, restaurants, coffee shops etc. The home was clean and comfortable for our 2 night stay. The beach amenities provided were a great extra touch!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I enjoyed my stay here. The house has tons of character in a great spot. The staff were very helpful with any issue and the bed was very comfortable. If you stay definitely take the time to take a walk around the neighborhood. Very beautiful. This house was built as a shotgun shack style common in the region in the early 1900's and shows a few signs but it lends itself to a truly authentic place to stay.

Loved staying at the Jesse. It was nothing fancy, but very clean and had everywhere needed. I didn't like paying an extra 48 to VRBO, so I will never use them again!

Jesse Cottage

This little cottage was perfect for a couples getaway. Close to downtown to enjoy all things offered by Pensacola on Palafox. Cozy and clean. A/C worked very well and the bed was very comfortable. Very nice small kitchen with just right appliances. Host was great with notifications. We had no issues with the property, so never had to contact them.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: If you’re looking for simple accommodations in a quiet and friendly neighborhood, this could be your place.The bed is very comfortable. I’m kinda tall, so finding a long, comfortable bed is a luxury in itself.The kitchen is adequate for basic needs, and the bathroom shower had perfect water pressure and temperature.The neighbors are very friendly (one helped my girlfriend figure out how to operate the Smart TV), and the geckos enjoy bobbing their heads on the front porch to Indie Rock music.We loved our stay, and hope to cone back.
