Per HOA rules and requirements the resort requires registration for wristbands and parking passes. You will be required to fill out a $110 registration form prior to arrival. I will send you a link to register and they will send you a QR code. Upon arrival, you will show them the code, and they will give you the wristbands and parking pass for your stay.

PLEASE NOTE: Ongoing stucco repairs to the outside on the building may be disruptive at times

Location and resort were great, but the owner needs to make some upgrades to the condo itself. Main issues were the (1) outdated TVs, especially the master bedroom tv where you could only watch glitchy cable, (2) AC unit operated poorly, and (3) pillows and comfort of bed. Condo is smaller than expected based on the photos, but I would have been okay with that if some of the issues above were addressed.The resort itself has a great pool, fitness center and the beach was amazing. The parking at this place is not great and it can take a long time to navigate the garage.

The unit itself was beautiful . Communication with the unit owner was great. I was disappointed that the onsite food and snack places were closed for the season. I looked back on the main website and it was not mentioned.

Spring break don’ts

This was our first time visiting Panama City Beach. The Shores of Panama is a beautiful place. I just wouldn’t recommend it. We went on spring break and I know it says must be 25 to book but that wasn’t the case. It takes at least 7 minutes to drive from the bottom up to the 12th floor to park. Don’t try to leave during peak times. Everyday there was a massive party right in front of our balcony down on the beach. Lots of kids cussing and screaming and the police. If you want a chair at the pool you better put a towel on it before 8 am. I know they say you can’t do that but everyone does. There is a beach access right beside the shores so the beach is packed. Only 6 elevators for the whole place. They were not as bad as I expected but definitely not great. Sometimes we would ride it up just to ride it back down. They last two days it rained and the tv went out. We actually left a day early. Only talked to the owner once to ask about the tv and she said the whole building was down. The condo was exactas described. Maybe fix the showers.

Mini Vacation

Property was great and just what we needed! My 2 year old daughter is so sad that we had to come home and leave a place where she had instant access to the pool and beach from the elevator!

Great family vacation rental

Our condo at Panama Shores Resort was exactly as pictured and described. We loved the coastal colors and decor. Condo was oceanfront with a wrap around balcony and plenty of seating for morning coffee. We watched dolphins, three manatees one morning and schools of stingrays everyday. Our only complaint about the condo was that there were no sink or tub plugs for bathing if you have small children.The beach area is just steps away from the beautiful pool area with loungers available for rent. The pool area itself is huge with a lazy river area, hot tub, pool bar and cafe with plenty of lounge chairs. A WalMart is right across the street to pick up groceries or sunscreen. Pier Park is about fifteen minutes away with lots of shopping and restaurants. We went there nightly for dinner out. We would definitely stay here again

Really nice condo

There was plenty of room for all of us & everything was just as described. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony everyday. When we had an issue with the TV not working, it was addressed very quickly. The only thing I would say I was kind of disappointed with is the condo was not ready at check in (4pm). We had to wait outside the condo with our stuff for almost 30 mins. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay!

Fabulous views!

This condo is everything it describes. The wrap around deck gives you a view of the beach & the pool area. The bunk area is indeed a plus. Well equipped for those wanting to prepare & eat in. No complimentary starter pack so bring your own dish soap, dishwasher soap, paper towels & extra toilet paper. Pineapple Willy's is right next door. Great food & drink establishment. Make sure you check also that heated indoor pool is open & operational. Yes, there is one but unfortunately closed for maintenance tho no one worked on it all week and with windy, cold condition it would have been beneficial.

Great Condo with wonderful views!

The unit was clean and very comfortable for 8 of us. It is conveniently located to get groceries or a meal out. Outdoor pool was wonderful and really appreciated the patrolling to get people out who didn't belong. A little bummed the indoor pool wasn't available the week we were there with children. It was nice to have washer/dryer with children. Plenty of other fun things to do in the area. Thank you for sharing this condo and hope to be back again!

Great condo with incredible views and friendly owner...can't beat that!

The condo was incredibly clean and just like the pictures! Ocean front with a wrap around balcony gave great ocean and pool area views! Beds were very comfortable (even the bunks for our teenager) and the kitchen was equipped with all the necessary utensils. Would definitely return to this condo on our next trip to Panama City Beach!
