Monika’s Sunset Heaven

Property was extremely clean and well stocked. Comfortable bed and living area. Great location and neighbors. Monika was more than accommodating to us and extremely lovely. Will definitely return next year.

Warm Break!

This is the perfect place for a couple get-a-way! The apartment was very clean, well furnished and close to the beach. It was quiet and within walking distance to some places to eat, we also used Urber. Monika was pleasant and very accommodating. We would go back to stay again.

Pompano Beach stay

A peaceful location with short walk to beach. Amenities were top notch, as residence was very comfortable for two. Essential retail, pharmacy, and restaurants within a short walk or drive. Enjoyed our stay!

Location was perfect!

About two blocks either direction to the inter coastal waterway or Pompano Beach. Unit was a one bedroom and very neat, clean and updated. Monika was helpful and responsive when i had an issue with the WiFi and it was resolved immediately. Worth every penny to have selected this property for our stay.

This was exactly what we expected and were looking for. Location was ideal.

It was two blocks to a beautiful public beach with facilities. One block the other way was the intercostal waterway with great viewing of boats of all sorts. The area was not very touristy which we liked. We found a host of restaurants within easy walking distance (for us that's a mile or a little more). The apartment was very clean and new feeling and a good place to call home for a week.

The property was just as it was described. Newly renovated and comfortable. It's in a great location with the beach a block away and a few restaurants in walking distance. Worth the price.

Apartment was beautiful but definitely not luxury accommodations. Advertised with cable and internet, no cable or internet for 3 days. Had to contact Monika on several occasions about many issues, states linens are provided, they literally provide 2 towels for an 8 night stay. No bowls or cooking utensils. Owners like to just show up knocking on the door. BE AWARE. She will be super nice to you and then when you leave create things wrong to keep your Security Deposit. Therefore look for another owner to rent from

It is unfortunate we had a tenant like Tina. She was dishonest, inconsiderate, dirty and rude/loud with other tenants. She lied about how many guests were staying; our other tenants told us there were 3 not 2 guests, hence her need and complaint for more bedding, towels, blankets and a second T.V.  It's standard to get 2 bath towels, 2 hand towels and 2 washcloths. We provide a brand new washer and dryer in the garden, adjacent to the building. We stopped by the apartment, once, to drop off the requested items of more towels, blanket and set of extra (5) utensils. We strive to ensure our guests have the best vacation possible and have everything they need. She woke me up at 1:00am to tell me she couldn't get her PlayStation to work. When I arrived the next day (the same day we dropped off requested items), it took me a minute to connect the internet. None of the other tenants had an issue with the internet, nor have any previous tenants. This was the first time we did not return a deposit and it was for the following reasons: a) missing blanket b) damaged bar stool c) extremely dirty property  d) damaged sofa e) smoking inside the unit f) 3 person living in the unit without our knowledge I have 5 apartments and all our previous guests have given us a 5 star rating. We look forward to making your stay a 5 star experience!

New apt next to the beach

Apartment was great for us. King bed was great and the apt was brand new. Decoration was really nice. Kitchen appliances were superb, but may be a few tapper and bowls would be great. Backyard and barbecue was great. We used it twice. Its just a block from a beutiful beach and Beach chairs were a plus. Finally Monika and Ahmad were perfect the hosts. We recommend this apartment and hope to be back again.
