Hi Connie, we're very sorry that you did not enjoy your stay at this home. We have shared your comments with the homeowner, so we can work together to make the stay better for the next guests. Thank you for letting us know.

Hi Lisa & Jason, we want our guests to have an exceptional experience from start to finish, so we’re sorry to hear there was some confusion around your stay. After receiving your feedback, the homeowner would like to share the following:- We didn’t receive a direct message about the toilet issue, but when Evolve received your note, they followed up with us to make us aware of the situation. We followed up and checked the toilet, and it appeared to be flushing, so it didn’t seem to require immediate attention.- As for the checkout timing, our policy is to check out by 10 a.m. so our cleaning team can prepare the home for the next guest. Delays past this time can impact their schedule, and late checkouts may incur additional fees, especially if additional cleaning or repairs are needed. For clarification, this is not passed on to the guest. Thank you for sharing your experience so we can keep improving our communication and guest support. Thanks for letting us know about your stay!

Hi Dionne, we want our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we apologize you experienced some issues during your trip. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:-We regret that we didn't receive any messages but would have been happy to address any concerns promptly if we had.-The hot tub is regularly cleaned, but your feedback will help ensure it receives extra attention.-We will address the cleanliness of the crib sheets with the cleaning team to prevent this from happening again.-We are actively addressing the additional issues you mentioned. Thanks for your valuable feedback as we continue to improve for future guests!

Thank you
