This was probably one of the best stocked rentals I have ever stayed in. You don't have to worry about bringing anything. The communication was super fast and they even went back and looked for our lost apple watch. Would stay here again for sure!

The house was fully stocked & clean. Easy to navigate the door locks and garage. We used the single cup coffee pot which seemed to be on the fritz & may need to be replaced but other than that our stay was wonderful!

Beautiful, clean, spacious place and great views. The grounds and amenities were awesome, multiple pools and nice hot tubs. Family friendly, comfortable and well stocked kitchen. Did not require us to strip the sheets, which is a luxury. Would love option to recycle, but we packed ours out and took it to Smiths in town. Five stars!!

Friend Retreat

We had a great time and everything went smoothly overall. The home was comfortable, and we especially loved all the seating options both inside and out—it was perfect for hanging out and relaxing together. The only minor issue we noticed was with some of the light bulbs—there were a few that were out and a couple that flickered oddly. Other than that, it was a wonderful stay and we’d definitely come back!

Great property!

This was our first experience with VRBO and, needless to say, we'll book with them again. There was one small issue in the kitchen (moldy coffee grounds in the coffee maker). Luckily, there was another coffee maker so the coffee drinkers were able to use that. It was a very clean property and plenty of room when we were all there at the same time. Thank you for helping make our stay enjoyable!

Great spot.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time. This unit was perfect with tons of space for the entire family, very close to pool and pickleball. We had a small hiccup at time of booking (my fault entirely), Shari and Red Rocks vacation rentals went above and beyond to make our stay so enjoyable. Even working after hours.

A great vacation area

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Because of a great rental experience 2 years ago we rented at Ledges again. This condo was nice but needed some attention, such as the leaking ice maker in the fridge and lack of shades on the patio door/window. A coffee maker that brews more than 3 cups is also needed.

August Family trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the stay was decent. However, the cleanliness left something to be desired. Particularly on the carpets and sofas, which had noticeable stains. It wasn’t a dealbreaker, but it definitely detracted from the overall vibe.

Softball coaches dream

Chose this property for the bunk beds & the cubbies by the door to hang ball bags up for the kids but it was soooo much more! The house had the perfect layout for sharing and the kids loved the video games. Two separate living rooms gave everyone space to relax in and no shortage of bathrooms made getting ready super convenient. Check in/check out was super easy, located a little out of town but worth the extra 10 min!
