Welcome to this 2-bedroom, 2-bath ocean view condo located at Dunes Village Resort in beautiful Myrtle Beach. This 1,040 sq. ft. coastal retreat offers comfortable accommodations, stylish décor, and stunning ocean views—perfect for families or groups seeking a relaxing beach getaway.

The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, full-size appliances including a stove, microwave, and dishwasher, and includes everything needed to prepare meals during your stay. The open-concept living and dining area provides comfortable seating and access to the large private balcony, where you can enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktails while taking in the refreshing coastal breezes and ocean views. For added convenience, the condo includes an in-unit washer and dryer and complimentary high-speed WiFi.

The primary bedroom features two queen beds and a private attached bathroom. The second bedroom also offers two queen beds with convenient access to the second bathroom. The living room includes a queen sleeper sofa, making this layout ideal for large families, golf groups, or friends traveling together.

There was a small bit of mold in one of the bathrooms on the ceiling and in the corner of the floors but other than that everything was clean. There was also miscommunication about needing a code to get in and out of the room instead of a key card but once calling the provided number, it was an easy fix. The property was awesome and kid friendly. We will be back again.

Very clean and comfortable condo. Great location all as described. The grandkids enjoyed the waterparks. We would definitely want to stay again.

Everything was great. Had an issue with opening the door several times. Had to pull handle up and thumb on keyhole but other then that it was fantastic.

Room was clean, furniture was comfortable, host was great! Kitchen could use some more utensils and pots/pans/baking sheet etc (we prefer to cook instead of go out) but was manageable. Perfect for our family including kids ages 4-12 as well as the adults. Highly recommend. Will return in the future.

We had a great stay!! Close to the beach! Waterpark was fun! The room was in great condition and had plenty of room for 10 people! We would stay again! Great vacation spot!

Great room. Property was very quiet at night which was good for our young kiddos. The check in instructions were a little unclear. Did not realize we had to check in at the front desk initially. Very minor set back which could be easily fixed in the check in instructions. Overall great stay

Great beach vacation

We came as a group of 10 and had a great stay. Plenty of space, kitchen was great, and the view is amazing. You can see the sunrise from the balcony. Walkable distance to the beach and water park is just an elevator ride down to the ground level. Great find!

Great time at the Dunes

Our family of five had a nice time at the property and the Dunes. The property is very well equipped with comfortable beds and all of the conveniences one would expect. The view is nice and access to the beach is easy. The resort is great for kids. We would come back. Thanks!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed three nights my poor kids got bed bugs we did not sleep well unfortunately they were also roaches. I should get refunded partial since we all had to sleep in one room due to the bed bugs.

Check in was ok front desk lady was rushing through information. Causing confusion and irritation. Since our check in was through Vrbo and not technically through the resort it felt like front desk didn’t care. Room was nice had issues with the door locking and a few problems with the tvs in the bedrooms. However the kitchen had all the supplies needed to cook view was ok and cute. It is a side ocean view. Loved that our stay got all the amenities such as water parks and kids activities that the resort offered. Owners were fast with responses were fast with issues we had. Rental was clean and organized. We would definitely book again.

Love the resprt

The report has lots of things to do for an active family. They are extremely well staffed and were always very helpful. The rental was nice, we were missing sheets for the pull out and some pillow covers and they were very responsive. They were were some other minor problems with the cabin, but overall we enjoyed it. This specific unit probably needs to be reviewed in terms of rentals and pans as none of the pans had lids. Again, not complaining, just giving an accurate review. We would ABSOLUTELY stay there again!

Disappointed

We booked this rental in hope that it would be nicer than the hotel. Everything was exactly like the hotel rooms but they updated the floors which did not matter bc the floor was dirty upon arrival. It was a waste of money to not book directly through the hotel. The kitchen was so dirty I had to wipe everything down. The stove had so much cooked on food inside it that it set off the fire alarm. And only one burner worked on the stove top. All the tables were dusty and there were dead bugs in the corner of the rooms. The trash can was broken so it was very hard to keep our toddler out of the trash. The bathrooms were clean but the drains were so clogged that you had to shower in 3 inches of dirty water and the water pressure was horrible. The linens were clean and they did supply a lot of towels. The rental itself is not in the main tower of the hotel were the restaurants and bigger part of the water park is so it wasn’t that convenient. I would not waste your money on this rental and just stay through the regular hotel.

We have an excellent cleaning and maintenance team who would have been more than accommodating to address these issues had we known. Cheer competition getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here for a cheer competition so basically we really just slept there but overall it was nice. The condo was nice and clean-loved that that provided all the linens and towels. Beds and pillows were super comfortable. I would suggest having a fan in each room as it did get hot in the bedrooms. The living room stayed cool. I was able to get a fan from a local store and it made sleeping a little more enjoyable. I would also make sure to put a sign on the balcony door to watch out for your step as it does have a lip to step over. Overall we had a wonderful time-the water park and pool was clean!!
