Welcome to Florida Dreams, professionally managed by Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals. This charming first-floor, 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo in Shorewalk Palms offers comfortable resort-style living with peaceful lake views.

The community is close to IMG Academy, Anna Maria Island, and Bradenton Beach, providing convenient access to beaches, restaurants, shopping, and local attractions.

Inside, the condo features an open-concept layout with tile and laminate wood flooring, updated finishes, and comfortable furnishings. The dining area is filled with natural light and offers seating for up to six guests.

The updated kitchen includes granite countertops, a closet pantry, a breakfast area, and bar seating for two. Adjacent to the kitchen, the living room features two plush couches, a smart TV with Roku, and beautiful lake views. Sliding glass doors open to an outdoor seating area with space for up to four guests.

The spacious primary suite includes a king-size bed, a smart TV with Roku, lake views, and an updated private bathroom with a dual vanity and shower/tub combination.

The guest bedroom offers two twin-size beds and ample closet space. A second full bathroom with a shower/tub combination is located nearby.

Surrounded by nature and privacy, this relaxing condo is the perfect place to enjoy your Florida getaway.

Many new upgrades/updates

From the time you walk in the door there's new things from the pictures. Updated furniture in several rooms, big TV, garbage disposal, faucet with sprayer, and they add up for a comfortable stay. I slept like a kitten, enjoyed coffee on the patio, and the resort had great amenities. Can't wait to go back.

Bradenton Condo - Another good stay at ShoreWalk

The linens were not sufficient. No hand towels or wash clothes. The microwave had a broken off handle and was in the pantryFurniture was NOT comfortable. I had left my laptop Charger plugged in behind the sofa, when I callled d they said housekeeping didn't find it. I didn't feel like they looked very good, but then again their cleaning was not that great or they would have seen it

The linen inventory you described is certainly not the standard we aim to provide, and this has been reviewed with our team to ensure all required items are properly stocked and verified prior to guest arrival. We are also sorry to hear about the microwave and the comfort level of the furniture. Maintenance has been notified so that the microwave issue can be addressed, and we are reviewing your comments regarding the furnishings as guest comfort is very important to us. Regarding your laptop charger, we completely understand how frustrating that situation must have been. Our housekeeping team did conduct a search when notified, but we regret that the item was not located. We will continue to reinforce our post-departure inspection procedures to ensure thorough checks are completed. Thank you again for your candid feedback. It helps us identify areas where we can improve, and we do take these comments seriously. Nice location but…….

Love this location but got tired of trying to get out the patio door THRU the blinds! Suggest blinds that open? Also couldn’t close patio door all the way unless we took off the screen, which seemed to be broken?

Kitchen facilities were lacking.The refrigerator should’ve had an ice maker installed.A counter top unit was provided but didn’t work very well.Didn’t even make a cup of ice every 20 minutes the ice maker wasn’t refrigerated the ice melted as soon as it was made.The sink faucet is damaged and leaks the faucet needs a sprayer.

Outdated Nightmare

Confusing check-in and finally had to get another property manager to find our unit. Once we were settled, tried to watch the tiny tv but there were 3 remotes and no instructions about which to use. Frustrating. Our bare feet were black from the tile floors. Uncomfortable couches had no support at all. No garbage disposal. Short toilets. Stained towels. Pealing paint. We left 3 days early.
No cushion. Would you want to sit here?
Is this really welcoming?
Hardly any room in closet for our stuff.

Property was GREAT - Communication was lacking

We had a family member that is moving to the Bradenton area and needed to pull a small U-Haul trailer. A few days before arrival, we sent an email through the website to inquire about arrangements - as instructed on the website. When we received no reply, an attempt was made the day before our arrival, and still no reply. My wife then called directly and spoke to Ceaser. I have to say that Ceaser was very helpful for what he could do. He tried to reach out to the on-call property manager. We were on hold for approximately 25 minutes and Ceaser could not reach the property manager for any direction on parking his truck and trailer. Outside of that the property was nice and in a great area.

Sealed in a Plastic Bubble

The resort itself was nice, however the unit we stayed in needs some work. There was no communication prior to or after booking about the building getting power washed and painted for four days of our stay. All doors and windows were sealed in plastic during that time. We were unable to use the back sliding door or they’d be spraying right above us as we tried to exit the condo. The smell of paint fumes lasted all week. Next, the A.C. went out and of course it was the weekend. Management delayed sending someone out until Monday, but then they were a no show Monday with it finally getting fixed Tuesday. The dryer was possessed and would scream like a banshee and never turn off despite what setting it was on. Two laundry pods were left for a two week stay, which were needed as two different linen sets had blood stains on them, and mildew on the shower curtain. The kitchen was minimally equipped and only one pan to cook with. After the air went out we compared it to camping, just there roughing it. The neighborhood is not the best with a group of men frequently hanging out on the corner by the liquor store. Overall, I’m not usually a complainer and travel several times a year, this was by far the worst stay I’ve ever experienced. This is also the first review I’ve ever written, hopefully to warn others from making the same mistake.
