Please be aware that the pool vendors are independent third parties and are not affiliated with Gulf Coast. Our primary goal is to ensure our guests are comfortable and have an enjoyable experience. We had diligently monitored the pool and communicated with vendors to maintain its quality. However, due to the substantial amount of rain we have been experiencing, the pool's chemical balance was affected rapidly. Pool vendors are unable to attend to the pool during heavy rain, leading to scheduling delays. We understand the disappointment this situation may have caused and assure you that we made every effort to address it. Despite the pool issues, we hope you were still able to find enjoyment during your stay. We kindly request for your reconsideration of your review, as the challenges encountered were due to the pool vendor issue and not reflective of the service provided by Gulf Coast.
