It offers a very spacious living space with high ceilings, creating a bright, open atmosphere that opens onto the outdoors. The villa has two kitchens: a main fitted kitchen and a second fully equipped scullery to accommodate a professional chef if required.

Outside, you’ll find a terrace with a kitchenette and an outdoor bar, a comfortable outdoor lounge and a large dining table that can seat up to 10 people, perfect for enjoying the outdoors at any time of day with a magnificent view.

The villa has a heated swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers, offering the ideal place to cool off and relax while soaking up the sun. The view from the villa over Saint Jean Bay is simply stunning.



The villa comprises five bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The master bedroom has both an indoor and outdoor bathroom, offering a luxurious experience. The second bedroom is also located on the main level of the villa. The third bedroom is slightly lower down. The final two bedrooms are on the lower floor, where you’ll also find a fitness room to keep you fit during your stay.
