This property was an adorable stay for our family. The pool was conveniently located across the parking lot and the beach was about a 10 minute walk. Everything that we needed was either in walking distance or a short drive.

Great stay

We thought the property was perfect for our needs, easy walk to the beach, the pool was fantastic and well located. Corolla is the best of the Outer Banks it seemed to us. Can't say enough good about it.

Very clean, nicely furnished, great location. We enjoyed daily walks on the beach, a horse tour, the lighthouse, restaurants, a hike to the sound, and more. One improvement for those of us who fly in would be to provide just a few more amenities - extra toilet paper, extra paper towel roll, soap in the shower dispenser, bath mat instead of hand towel.

Cute cottage

Very nice cottage. Close to things we like to do in Corral. Clean and well stock with things you need for a weekend or a week. Quite area. Would stay there again.

Our stay met our needs but the accommodations need improvement in painting, internet, cable/television and access to pool. The kitchen was not very well stocked and would be difficult to cook a meal. I contacted office about access to pool but no assistance was provided. It felt like customer service was being conducted through AI. Services need improvement to compete with other locations.

Our stay was great and the listing was as described. The only thing keeping me from giving it a full 5 stars is the kitchenware situation. We book VRBOs with the intention of cooking on site to save money and while the basics were available, some of them were unusable, warped, or missing altogether. There wasn't a cookie sheet or potholders, only one small mixing bowl, the pizza cutter needs to be replaced, the non stick skillet is beyond scratched, and one of the pans was so scorched it was warped. We purchased a potholder, replacement skillet, and plastic spatula (to avoid scratching the non stick skillet) from a thrift store and left it for the next guest. Other than that, though, the place was clean, comfortable, and had exactly what we were looking for. We enjoyed the convenience of the resort to all locations around Corolla and would 100% recommend the Wildhorse Tour! Totally worth it! Overall, this was an excellent rental and we really did enjoy our stay. The hosts were responsive and courteous. My ONLY criticism is the cooking utensils (if you're a cooking family, of course.) Other than that, it was PERFECT!

Perfect size for the 4 of us. Liked the proximity to the horse beaches to the north and that the area is quieter. Pool was well kept. Great property!
