This home has three bedrooms, two and half baths. The master bedroom has a queen bed with en-suite bathroom and features a walk-out balcony and ocean views. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds to sleep a total of 6 guests.

The main floor is an open living design, with the kitchen, dining room, and living area all connected. The family rooms opens up to a beachfront private porch with captain’s chair seating for 6. There is a private complex pool and sunbathing deck. Private garage parking for 2 cars, gas grill is provided. Washer and dryer on the 2nd floor.

High speed wireless internet is provided. Cable TV is available in the living room and master bedroom.

Our family owns three townhouses in a row that can be booked together for family reunions or large gatherings. Two houses together sleep 12 and all three sleep 18 with 9 bedrooms and 3 kitchens! Contact owner for details and a special rate. See other houses here: vrbo 814352, 993584

Perfect for a quick getaway!

Chris was amazing when we wanted to stay for an extra day! It was perfect for a few days away with the family. Right on the beach and the pool is as nice. Beautiful views from the balconies!

Great stay!

We had a small hiccup at check in but Chris was able to make things work out and it worked out for the best. Chris was prompt in answering any question or concern and we enjoyed our stay tremendously. Right on the beach so you couldn’t ask for a more perfect spot. Would definitely recommend!!

Can’t beat the location!

This property was very clean, spacious and you really cannot beat the location and proximity to the beach. Will look to stay here again if we return to Surfside Beach.

Great Surfside Location

Had a wonderful time in Surfside Beach. The house is nicely furnished with a stunning oceanfront view from both upper and lower balconies. The owner is very responsive and genuinely wants guests to enjoy their time while renting the house.

Perfect location

Absolutely beautiful townhome with picture perfect view of the ocean. Couldn't ask for a better vacation. Will definitely stay here for future vacations.

Nice Property - Great Vacation

We were impressed with the property, all of our needs were taken care of. Access to the beach was very easy. The other vacationers were quiet, and we enjoyed every evening on the porch without bother. There were some minor details that need addressed - stove and dryer didn't work properly, but overall we were pleased with the property. We would stay here again.

Great Oceanfront Stay

Location was perfect. Beaches were not crowded. Both the pool and the beach were just a few steps off the back porch. Enjoy sitting out on both the upper and lower porches. The townhouse was ideal for my families stay. Garage underneath the house came with a propane grill, beach chairs, pool rafts, boogie boards and more. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay at the beach. We will be back again.

Beautiful beach, beautiful view

This townhome is absolutely lovely. The views are incredible and just a few steps and you are on the sand. The main bedroom has amazing views as well. Very comfortable and the garage is a nice plus. The stairs are no joke though, so if you are mobility challenged you may want to consider another location. The conch cafe right down the street is great. Eat the melt in your mouth grouper fingers, while overlooking the beautiful beach.

A Slice of Heaven

If you’re looking for a family friendly place to stay look no further! We couldn’t be happier with the level of hospitality Chris showed me and my family! The house was so close to the beach it made it extremely easy to set up every morning! The views are spectacular! The neighbors are friendly! I can’t say enough about this unit! Thank you Chris! My family and I will be back again!

Perfect Paradise

We had a wonderful experience here! We absolutely loved the double balcony and watching the sunrises from the upper balcony/master bedroom and the sunsets from the lower balcony. We even saw a pod of dolphins splashing around one day, which was really lucky, but gives you a good idea of how great the view is to be able to spot dolphins and pelicans. Having direct access to the beach was also a big win, and we took walks most days. The townhouse was comfortable, clean, and had most of the kitchen utensils and pots/pans that we needed. It was such a great experience, we'll definitely be back!

We’ll be back!!

We have nothing but good things to say. First, Erin was so easy to work with—she was professional, responsive and accommodating when we had questions or requests. We loved being able to prepare “home cooked” meals in the well-stocked kitchen. The bedrooms were comfortable, and the bathrooms were clean and well-maintained. For us, there’s nothing better than being able see and hear the sound of the ocean from your balcony, and to walk out the door and straight onto the beach. This place checks all the boxes for us-we will be back!!

I loved the area, building layout and having a garage. I had a question and the owner was very quick getting the information I needed. The problem we ran into was the place was pretty dirty. My wife and my future daughter in-law spent 2 hours cleaning when we got there. It truly looked like someone grabbed their stuff and never attempted to clean. There was silverware put back in the drawer dirty. Hair in the shower. Urine next to the toilet. Food under cushions and on the cushions. The tile in the dining area and kitchen are shattered and there were several rugs trying to cover it. Hot water worked off and on in the upstairs shared bathroom. I'm not saying I wouldn't stay there again but it does need a lot of smaller repairs and cleaned top to bottom. I'm hoping the owners aren't aware of lack of cleaning. The checkout instructions do ask you to clean before you leave but I'm guessing this hasn't been happening.

Great Location

The property is right on the beach. The back balcony faces the beach and ocean with a walkway to the beach. You can sit on the balcony and watch the ocean or set up on the beach. The balcony is connected to the neighbors balcony so it is not private if everyone is sitting on it. It was very clean and great for families. Myrtle Beach is 20 minutes away and there are many restaurants that we enjoyed. Murells Inlet had great restaurants. We enjoyed Hot Fish Club. We also went to Habeneros Mexican Restaurant in Pawleeys Island. The property is a nice sized townhouse. It was clean and had everything we needed. I recommend staying here.

We have the best house property on the beach! Not only is our unit gorgeous, but Admirals Quarters II is a private, beautifully maintained small complex. Away from the hustle and bustle of the street and steps away from the ocean, this small group of townhomes is a wonderful oasis on a family-friendly beach.
