Our 2+ bedroom +/ 2 bath home with a heated pool is ready for you to enjoy! Fully furnished right down to the Florida shell shovel, Bikes, beach chairs and coolers. Just 1 mile from the South Venice ferry or a 10 minute drive to Manasota or any of the Venice beaches.

In between your beach day and the magnificent gulf sunsets, take a relaxing dip in the private heated pool while enjoying your favorite refreshments. Toss something on the grill on the covered dining area appointed with premium furniture overlooking the pool screened for your comfort. Enjoy the sights and sounds of staying in the middle of a bird sanctuary.

The 20 foot free-form fiberglass heated pool is perfect for lounging with your favorite beverage. The pool depth is 3' to 5' so no diving allowed, but plenty of relaxing. With a tanning ledge and a swim out not only can you sit in the jetted formed seats but your dogs are welcome to swim as long as you clean the skimmers daily.

Little ones coming to visit? There are toys and games and a safety fence for the pool which is easily put up or taken down, also good for your fur-babies.

The yard is fully fenced with a shadowbox fence and lined with greenery allowing a breeze to move through the property while affording you complete privacy.

Our home boasts hardwood floors with area rugs in the living areas. With premium reclining sofas and a 50 inch LED Smart TV. Bedroom 1 has a King bed, large closet and ample drawer space. Bedroom 2 is fit for a queen. Large closet with a 6 drawer dresser. The office space has a privacy door and plenty and a new Queen sleeper with a Serta mattress. All linens are provided and laundered between each rental period including mattress protectors. Plenty of closet and dresser space allows you to completely unpack and feel at home.

Our remodeled kitchen is well appointed with almost everything you could need to whip up a delicious meal or snack. A beverage refrigerator and microwave are also provided to enhance your kitchen amenities.

The attached oversized garage has additional storage for your vehicle, toys or beach supplies. Laundry is provided in this area as well as a full bathroom for washing off the powdery sands our Gulf Beaches are famous for.

Catch a drum circle at sunset, shop the boutiques of downtown Venice, ride the provided bicycles on the legacy park. Tennis, pickleball, nature trails all minutes away as well as the South Venice ferry and private boat ramp where you have access to a private rustic beach for the very best shark tooth hunting.
