RockyTop Branson Resort pool is always open, 24 hours a day, with normal use, during the summer season of mid May through early October. Resort Quiet time is from 10:30 pm ā 7:30 am daily. No lifeguard is on duty and surveillance cameras are in use.

This house was absolute perfection! Every bedroom with it's own bathroom and the bedrooms were very spacious. The common areas of the house were very nice as well. Wish we could have stayed longer! We would definitely stay here again.

Exactly as advertised. We had one extra bedroom as my family wasnāt quite large enough for this fabulous house. 7 grandkids, my three kids and the in-laws and the last two rooms for myself and my wife and the Mother-in Law. Dual ovens for preparing dinner and the large fridge with an ice maker were convenient. Ensuite bathrooms for each room makes this house really work. The pool that is only shared with the other houses in the five house culdesac is fantastic. The temps were in the low 100ās for the duration of this four night family reunion and the HVAC kept up with no issues. These purpose built homes will be perfect for any family. Thanks for making this week so easy and convenient.

This house is in a great location! It is very clean and the host is great at communication. We have stayed here multiple times and will return. You will not be disappointed with this rental. You will find this is close to the attractions and everything that Branson has to offer. We took a church group and the floorplan is perfect for large groups!

Very pleased with the overall stay. The host was very responsive. The kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of room for our large gathering of family members. Would definitely recommend this place.

The house was perfect for our weekend stay with family ranging from 2 months to 88!! Very clean, very spacious, well equipped with everything we needed!! We have stayed with these owners before and will continue to do so!!

What a Fantastic trip! Our host, Brad was great and very welcoming, the house was absolutely beautiful and so well appointed, we had all we needed and more! The pool table was a big hit with the younger folk while the two coffee pots were a plus for us older ones. I definitely recommend this beautiful home and hope to go back one day soon!

The Hot Tub CL was pretty strong, yet water murky. The house itself was great, kitchen well stocked and probably the best furnished weāve ever seen. The game room was perfect. Only thing we didnāt care for was all the rock at the corn hole area. Hard to walk on and not comfortable.

Extended Family Vacation

It was close to everything but still away from the busy areas. It had washer and dryers on each floor and was perfectly set up for multi family vacations. It was better stocked than all of our other VRBO places we've stayed. I highly recommend this house!
