Hi James, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. It looks like there may have been a small mix-up in your comments. Our property is located in Auckland, New Zealand, not in Sydney or Darling Harbour. The attractions you mentioned—such as Sydney Sea Life and the Wildlife Park—are in Australia, so they are not near our condo. You may have intended to review a different property. If that's the case, we would really appreciate it if you could please double-check the listing and reconsider the 3-star rating left on our page, as it may have been posted in error. Thank you again, and we hope this can be corrected.

Thank you for your feedback and review. It's much appreciated. Will pass this on to our property manager and cleaning team.

Thank you we enjoyed hosting you and your guests and hope you enjoyed all the restaurants and thank you for your feedback on our customer service team. Safe travels.
