NESTLED IN THE HEART OF PARADISE…
Stunning views of the ocean and nature surround you in this lovely and newly furnished getaway. Your soul has been yearning for the peace and beauty of island living that this ideal spot in paradise offers you. This 2 bedroom home has all the comforts you could possibly desire while being nestled in the small manufactured home community called "Bone Island". You are only a brief 10-15 Uber ride to all the excitement that is Key West and famous Duval Street, yet seconds to local restaurant favorites such as Hogfish Grill, Roostica or Chicos Cantina. Enjoy a trip to Hurricane Hole for happy hour and kayak tours from Lazy Dog or rent a boat for the day out of Stock Rock Cafe at Cow Key Marina.
***PRIMARY GUEST MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OF AGE

DETAILS AND AMENITIES:
This stilted home is a rare find with all the important amenities you'll need to relax under sultry tropical stars and enjoy all the creature comforts indoors. After a fun day in Key West, exhale and unwind at this perfect retreat. Settle down on your clean and cozy furnishings for an evening of your favorite movies (cable tv and wifi included) and cook your fresh catch of the day in the fully-stocked kitchen, which includes a stainless refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, toaster and Keurig coffee maker. There is also a stackable washer/dryer in the unit.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS…
The primary suite features a plush king bed with an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom offers a queen bed for 2. There is a sofa sleeper in the living room for additional accommodations.

OUTDOOR LIVING…
Park your boat on the private dock for your entire stay, fish right off the dock and enjoy elevated views of the Atlantic wash the day off in the hot tub and grill up your fresh catch of the day! Trailer parking is not included (see PARKING below). Key Haven public ramp is 0.7 miles. Go for a guided or private kayak tour nearby, or have kayaks delivered through our concierge service. Swimming off the dock is not recommended due to boat traffic and strong currents.
**Kayaks, paddle boards and bikes are not provided, but our concierge service will be happy to assist you with arranging for rentals to be delivered for your stay!
***The dock is 32 feet in length. Due to extreme tide fluctuation please refer to your tide charts for boating and dockage depths.

PARKING...
There is one private parking spot included with your stay. Trailer parking is not included--please contact a local marina.

PETS...
1 dog under 35 lbs is permitted at this home and a pet fee is required. Please include the size/breed when inquiring.

CONCIERGE SERVICES...
Enjoy our concierge service to assist you with planning activities for your trip, from bike/scooter/golf cart rentals to any excursion you can think of including snorkeling and sunset cruises, jet ski rentals, parasailing, kayaking, fishing, paddle boarding and much more. They can also have your fridge stocked with all the necessities in advance of your arrival!

CANCELLATION...
Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.

The property was perfect for us and our dogs. Loved having the dock out back. The host was in constant contact making sure everything was good for us. I'd definitely recommend staying there.

This is a beautiful home and the backyard area was amazing. We enjoyed seeing the lizards and iguanas in the back, and my boys loved being able to fish from the deck area. The house was clean and the communication was great. We would definitely stay here again!

KEYS FAMILY TRADITION

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a GREAT time in the Keys and your place was AWESOME! It was the perfect size for the four of us and set up well. We really enjoyed hanging out on the dock and in the hot/cool tub😎 We will DEFINITELY be back!!

The place needs some work. Both doors were either broke or very hard to get into. One wouldn't even lock. I missed out on a fishing trip 150. Non-refundable and the whole day for the door lock to get fixed. The toilet and the master bathroom leaks. The key box outside really needs to be replaced it was very aggravating to get into. The 350 cleaning fee is unreasonable. For what we had to do. We had to get up early in order to do what y'all required and be out by 10:00.

The house was very clean and comfortable! We loved sitting out by the water watching the fish directly below our feet! We only stayed for two nights, but would love to come back for a longer stay. Next time we would get a boat since it has the dock right there. Loved this place and location!

Stock island is more commercial location nothing to walk to. House is nice needs a dishwasher and some better shades to allow better sleep. Kitchen table and outdoor furniture need a good cleaning.It was a perfect spot if you just wanted to crash

The home was excellent with a great location for boating and walking to Hogfish yet still being close to uber or drive into Key West too. It was great to have our boat right on the dock there and the fish table was handy for cleaning our catch. Would definitely recommend and we hope to stay here again

Beautiful, clean and comfortable home in an amazing location right on the water. Beds were comfortable and everything worked well. Parking was very convenient. Elliott was very helpful and great deal with.

The only thing wrong was that mother nature didn't cooperate so we didn't get to use the back patio as much as we had hoped! The home was perfect and exactly as listed. The location was perfect for all the activities we had planned. Host was very responsive and easy to get a hold of as well remedied a small issue same day. We would absolutely stay here again!
